My wife wanted a simple to use camera with a great zoom lens. Done and done. Very happy with it and with the help at our Best Buy.

I purchased this camera in lieu of buying a DSLR because I wanted a bridge camera that had raw shooting capabilities with super zoom and many DSLR features minus the lens switching, and I found this gem. Love love love this camera. It's not perfect but then again what is? My only issue with is camera is it's difficulty focusing in low light conditions but if u add face detection and master the camera a bit you won't have any issues. With this being said, low light photos will come out beautifully. Basically what I'm saying is the camera takes a minute focusing in low light conditions but when it does it's a beautiful photo above your expectations. The zooming features are great and if you add a tripod to the mix your long distance photos will look professional. Raw photo shooting is perfect and a must. I suggest anyone purchasing this camera invest in a class 10 or greater SD Card with at least 64gb's of memory and shoot in raw the manual settings are far superior than the auto setting. The video recording is in a word, SPECTACULAR! The iPhone 6 cannot even compare to the quality this has.. but for photos nothing comes close to this unless you get a DSLR. In summary, buy this camera you won't be dissapointed!

Still working with the camera, but love all that it does. works in low light. Different creations to the pictures.

This camera is an excellent choice for those wanting a bit more than point and shoot but less than a fully-featured SLR.

I've been using the Canon Powershot SX line for years. My only complaint is that after a little over 2 years, the motor "dies"
