This Cannon camera is easier to use. I didn't have to figure out complicated directions. Some of the symbols weren't clear but a quick look in the book helped. I got nice clear pics the first time I used it.

just a beginner and really enjoying the different options, the zoom, and how it can take a lot of pictures quickly.

Loved my prior similar camera from another maker, except it didn't support external accessories such as flash or microphone. This one does. It also has a great zoom, good weight with convenient controls, and takes great photos. Considered a new high end model from the other company that would meet my needs, but decided this was a better value for the price. I am very happy with my SX-60.

This camera has all the things I wanted in a digital camera, including basic settings, long zoom and pivoting viewfinder. It was a great choice.

This camera replaes our prior Canon camera. It is easy to use, We really like the sport mode and 65x optical zoom capability.

Best camera I found in Best Buy. No additional lens needed for great zoom. Compared to the new ones - their zoom was only good with additional lens to mess with.

I wanted a camera that was more than just a simple digital camera but with out all the changing of the lense an this camera fulfilled that! Takes amazing pictures!

this was a gift for a friend and he loves using it. He does not like complexities of dslr and thats what he gets from this camera.

I read all the reviews about the SX60 and understood the pros and cons. Most people give it high mark but a few did not. I fit in the the last group. For the price, it is an excellent choice. The primary complaint is it has problems in low light and with focusing. I also am having problems with the lens not retracting. Most of the time it does not operate. I may have gotten a lemons. I will be exchanging and go with a Nikon. They are more dependable. Buyer beware!

Did not have to have any special training to use this camera. Just point and shoot, and on the screen you can check it out before snapping for that perfect shot! Took it on our trip to Germany, and pictures were terrific. Will need to read instructions to see all the other things this camera is capable of doing. Very satisfied with our purchase!

I've been waiting for this camera for over a year....excellent quality. It's going to take some learning, but the quality of the images is outstanding!

This is a versatile camera in a relatively compact size. The telephoto is awesome and I prefer this camera to my old EOS.

Wanted a point and shot but needed an upgraded sturdy one. Very nice camera. Re/Max agent so like to Continue to take my own pictures on listing. Has pull out screen to angle pictures. Has center view in case sunny. Great pictures and simple. Taking to Grand Canyon on Vacation and excited to really use zoom.

This camra is amazing the photo and video quality is great. You can sync your phine with this camera to shoot video or snap pictures.

I like that I can sync my phone and tablet with he camera and use them as remotes. I also love the zooming in and out of the camera.

Just the right size. Not too big and not too small. Outstanding zoom. Replaces our Canon SX40 and is well worth the price.
