My zoom pictures are blurry - I figured that real photgraphers were reporting and being picky about the blurry problem, but it is not up to the quality level I would expect in today's technological age.

Iam having a wonderful time using the product . I love going and shopping at BEST BUY. Everyone is so personable, ready to help at any given moment. If you have a problem the GEEK SQUAD is right there willing and able to do all they can to help you.

Only a 4 because it has only the screen to take pictures, no eye view finder is on this camera. Bought it and took it on vacation the next day and did not have any problems getting used to it.

I have never been able to get the software to connect to my computer. Spent hours troubleshooting. Pix are ok when downloaded manually.

When trying out both this and a similar Nikon camera, I noticed that the cannon had less glare when taking pictures of reflective objects.

Some of the features are difficult to use. Deleting pictures is very difficult. Menu button not clear. Went to Best Buy for free help and the guy was not helpful. Price was good.

Very pleased with most of the features except for the fact that the battery doesn't seem to last very long. One time she only took 3 pictures before it died. WTF? It only happened one time but maybe it was a fluke....

This TV is above and beyond . The Best Buy salesman was Great. The Sony Rep was also Great. They did not try to oversell me just pointed out the features of Sony and other models to see what we wanted in our price range.

This camera does everything right and has a ton of options. Easy to follow menus and a fast shutter speed. Also fast to copy image to the SD card. We had an issue with this feature on a different brand camera.

My only complaint as the salesperson did not ask me exactly what I needed from the product I was purchasing!!He just handed me the first exact product I was asking for, without asking me any questions at all!

I was buying this for my wife and thought it had all the things she wanted in a camera. I forgot to check on image stabilization which it ended up having so no problem. Very good for the price point.

My one disappointment was that it did not come with a cable to plug it into your computer. I had to purchase one separately. It has wireless but our computer doesn't.

was told that it included a cord for downloading but it did not. you must download pics wireless which is not good for a computer klutz such as myself

Glad a manual about the camera was included in the box so I could use it when I had an issue about the camera that I had a problem with. Still learning the different aspects of the camera.

I purchased this camera in order for me to start taking more pictures. It's a great starter camera for a beginner like myself. Has many great features and takes awesome pictures in low light.

I had this for 2 weeks then I returned it. My HTC One M9 (Phone) camera was producing much better images and videos. and other phones have much better cameras.

Love this camera. Couldn't be any more user friendly. Multiple features make this great for a beginner and perfect for an "extra" compact cam for travel. You won't regret buying this.

I just wanted a camera for taking pictures of my great granddaughters. Works good for what I need.

This is a really nice point and shoot camera. But my Samsung S7 takes pics almost as good. But of course this has real optical zoom, so those pics are way better. Thanks!!

The camera takes really nice pictures, but was disappointed to find the flash is not automatic.
