The touch is very nice, i just wish it focus a lot quicker! But overall its a very nice camera !

I went through three different cameras (Nikon, Sony, Olympus) before I found this one.

Camera is easy to use and compact. Quality is clear.

I previously had an SX720. I was happy with the quality and features of the camera until the lens froze in the open position. Tried several tips for resetting the lens of which none worked. Don't know what possessed me to buy the SX610. I found this one harder to grip so the camera seemed to slip out of my hands with ease. The settings were also harder to select as they made the knobs even smaller. Pictures taken where if good quality and it did have some new cool special affects. For the price it should be somewhat water resistant but it's not. Needless to say I returned the camera.

The Best Buy salesman helped me find the best camera for me in my price range. He said Canon cameras are really intuitive to figure out how to use and he was right! So I love that it is easy to use, has great zoom capacity and takes great pictures!

With a newborn arriving, we needed a good all around camera with better features and quality than a phone. Ergonomics were better than all others we tested, as well.

I took great pictures during the great blizzard of this January, I am so happy with this camera and I have had many.

The camera has an automatic mode which selects a preset group of settings for the lighting. The focus is automatic and the zoom is impressive. I would have liked more settings to change in the manual mode.

For a compact lightweight point and shoot this is a good choice. Has a decent zoom ... also catches close-ups fairly well outside 10 inches. Use basic composition principles, be careful about backgrounds, catch folks bring natural and you'll have great snapshots.

This is probably my 5th digital camera. Overall, each has been an improvement over the prior ones. This particular camera has a 18X zoom and up to 20mp images. I've shot about 1000 pics with the camera. I like the clarity. I especially like the job it does indoors when I have the flash turned off.

We grabbed this on our vacation because the price wasn't bad and it got decent reviews. If you want something that makes much better memories than the camera on your phone than this is a nice buy.

I've been an owner of several CANON cameras ranging from beginner to professional. I bought this one as a gift to someone who is fairly new to taking pictures. It is so user friendly and not complicated at all. The picture quality is very good. No complaints here. The price was very affordable.

I needed a new camera. This one is great with minimal high tech features.

I haven't had to use an online manual to figure out basic functions. I was able to set up wifi by using the manual, and I am now able to send pictures from the camera to my iPhone. The photo quality and zoom are pretty good for the price of the camera.

I personally bought this camera because my husband and I love going to concerts and we can never record too much on our phones do to the lack of memory space so when I tried this camera I instantly fell in love with it. The zoom in is perfect and the flash really makes your pics look professional

Camera has an extended zoom for getting close shots from a distance. It is ready as soon as turned on and you can just shoot. I am a little disappointed on the flash...it does not always go off when room is dark so photo comes out blurry and or grainy.

Still learning how to use it but it seems to meet my needs for the time being.

I bought this camera looking for something better than my phone, but not as pricey as a DSLR. I was not disappointed. The zoom is great, has plenty of image settings, and remote view with the app makes taking family photos easier than ever.

Wanted a pocket camera for light photo duty and does this little guy deliver. The quality of the 20 MP pictures are awesome and the wifi feature which allows you to send photos to your mobile device without the need for a card reader could be very useful in a pinch. Would recommend.
