I like a small camera that I can carry in my pocket and shoot pictures in various settings. My Canon -Power Shot is that camera. It is easy to use and takes great pictures.

The camera is easy to hold that allows me to take quick pictures and they turn out good every time. And being small it’s easy to carry.

Great small camera with many more features than I expected. Very easy to use right out of the box. This is perfect when I don't want to take a larger camera and lens.

Although I loved my previous, older Canon Power shot, it was just time to replace and carrying a supply of disposable Lithium batteries (this camera uses the rechargeable square battery) when traveling was becoming more of an issue. Love the zoom on the camera, although at the high end, you really need a tripod or something to stabilize. I was one who used the various settings on my old Canon, but found that just using Auto, for us, took great pictures whether in a bus, outside, or inside in dim light. My hands are arthritic, but I find this camera easy to hold. My husband also has a different power shot model. Our complaint, they do NOT use the same model battery. Why can't they have the same battery? Therefore we each have to carry a spare.

I love this camera. It takes awesome pics. I can carry it in my purse. And the fact that I can just Bluetooth to my phone it's awesome. Easy to use. Very happy that I got this model loving it. Smile !

I have had many Canon cameras over the years and have loved all of them. Will be using this to photograph the eclipse in August. Took a sample shot today, with a homemade filter. The zoom is impressive. You can even see some sun spots.

This camera takes great and very detailed pictures. It is easy to operate and is small,enoiughnto place in my purse or in the glove box of the car. Very great product at a reasonable price.

The Canon Powershot is relatively easy to use. The pictures it takes are of much higher quality than the pictures taken with my phone. I don't like the fact that I have to manually raise and lower the flash. Overall I am pleased with the camera.

This is a great camera and very easy to use. It is small enough to fit in my purse and so far I love it. Has a 40 zoom which is just what I wanted. You cannot go wrong with a Canon product.

My teenage daughter loved this. I was trying to find her a great camera, that didn’t cost me $500, though it was still on the pricey side, it was cheaper than the big bulky ones. Not only did the camera have great quality, it was small enough for her to put in her purse. I tested it out at the store, in the back, and tried a close up camera of a bag of candy at the front of the store and the quality at that distance was amazing. We did have to buy an SD card and a case for it.

As a novice photographer this is the perfect camera for me. It practically takes the picture for you! But the best part is the compact size and light weight, easy to carry.

I needed a portable, small camera with wifi to transfer my pics to instagram. This was a great choice. Zoom and quality of pics are really good for a small camera. Very easy!!!

Camera zooms in easily and pictures are very clear. This is the best small camera I've used. It's easy to take with you when traveling. Have taken it on hikes. Very pleased.

While we're not photographers, we were going on the vacation of a lifetime and didn't want to have our old cameras fail us, so we bought this. This camera was excellent; the photos are very crisp, it works in low light situations (we went to the Tropicana show in Havana at night); the size is very unobrusive; it just works! And, just touch it to your cellphone, and the photos transfer. The only issue we had was, at the end of a 5 hour bus tour, the battery died. Suggest buying a backup battery if you're in this situation. For everyday use, that's not an issue obviously.

This is a great little point and shoot camera. With the 40X optical zoom, it will be all we need to take on vacations. We purchased this camera as a replacement for our Canon Powershot SX150 IS, which we started having problems with last year. The SX150 uses two AA batteries and over time the contacts loosened to the point that the we were changing batteries after just a few pictures because the camera’s battery power detector indicated low battery power. The SX 720 uses a rechargeable lithium ion battery, which is much better. I highly recommend this compact camera.

We took the camera to Machu Picchu and captured great photos - yet light enough to climb Huayna Picchu with. Battery lasts forever - no charging on a week-long trip!

Excellent zoom feature, easy to use. The flash is a pop up, which I wasn't crazy about at first, but works great, We are very happy with this purchase.

Camera is very easy to use and setup particularly if you have owned a previous Canon camera. Picture quality is very good. I like the camera is so compact and easy to carry around and quick to use.
