This camera has a great zoom which is what we were initially looking for. It is very easy to use when you just want to put it inn "point and shoot" mode and if you feel more daring, it gives you the flexibility to get more creative. I wish it had a GPS capability though as it is very handy when using the map feature in Lightroom. Overall a good camera.

Got the camera to use on vacation and on the second day the shutter jammed and it wouldn't open or close all the way. Had to make a trip into the Watertown store and fortunately it was an easy fix. I find that it seems to move around when the zoom is all the way out and makes it hard to focus. Otherwise, it takes good pictures and I'm relatively happy with it.

Gift given to family member to be used for quick shots on the go, already owns top end camera. Has now become members camera of choice due to all the features available on the SX720 and the quality of the pictures taken.

Like zoom capability! Also it is small, light and easy to use..

Love this camera! It takes excellent pictures and the zoom helps you get shots that you would not have previously. We took it while hiking and got some great pictures of the wildlife in the White Mountains.

My wife loves how easy it is to use and the newer functions.

This camera is Easy to carry in a pocket. It is lightweight.

Took me a while to learn how to operate it. Lots of reading involved. Supposed to be able to upload photos to computer by wifi, but still trying to figure that out! Wish the dial would light up to see for night photos. It served my purpose. Really does take beautiful pictures!

The 40x zoom is amazing but you MUST keep the camera steady. Only 4 stars because I haven't quite figured out all the fancy settings so I can't say the camera is great. It's a step up from the camera's I've had in the previously but it has less preset settings (indoor, evening, sunset, beach, snow, etc) so I have to figure them out myself.

Good camera easy to operate fits perfectly in hand nice features

Used this on my recent vacation. Overall its a great point and shoot camera. Takes pictures fast and easy to operate. 40x zoom feature is a plus, it requires tripod to take good photos with high zoom setting. Clarity of images have some scope for improvement, but in general the pictures are nice.

It is a great camera for just a beginner taker and it is really good camera to use.

I like this camera, it’s pretty good for such a small camera. The screen is a little misleading, which is why I gave it 4 stars. The pictures came out much better once I uploaded them to my computer. On the camera the screen made the images look a little fuzzy. Overall it’s atill a nice small camera with good quality.

Great camera that is easy to use and doesn't take up much room

The amount of zoom in such a small camera is really impressive. The stabilization does a really great job so I am able to photograph local wildlife on hikes/walks with ease.

Great camera if your looking for long zoom in a small camera. Perfect for taking on vacations or shooting nature when you cannot get close.
