Camera is a great point and shoot. Very easy to use and pictures turned out great for our newborn. Will be fantastic on vacations.

This camera is great to take on a trip. It has 20 Megapixels and a great zoom lense. The size is larger than a point and shoot but smaller than a rebel or comparable camera. My only real issue is I don't like it as well for portrait photography. It sometimes is a little out of focus. Not all of the time but sometimes. It could be me not being steady enough. I do like this very much for traveling and would definitely recommend it.

Bought this for my wife for her trip to France. I own several DLSR's but my wife wanted something small and not complicated so we chose this one. I've got to say that it did a darn good job of doing what it was supposed to do. Easy set up and quality pictures. Like that it allows for .RAW images. Was a good price and good quality.

This camera takes great pictures both day or night. Easy to use, Well designed, a lot of features and special effects.

Got this to replace my DSL when I can’t carry it easily, this fits in my pocket and does everything I want it to do

This camera was purchased three days before I left for Italy last month. I read the guide on the flight to Rome and immediately started using the camera as soon as we landed. Small, easy to use and takes amazing photos! Best of all, it was on sale ($100.00 off!) Would buy it all over again if needed!!

This is my third Powershot camera in the sx/ hs line. I only upgraded because of the 20 pixel, 40x zoom & also the red color. I believe the newer model is only available in black & silver. The features are pretty much the same, the flash has to be manually opened & now the battery/ card holder also has a small switch to pull, before you could just slide it open. Still has most of the same features although snow & beach settings have disappeared. The pictures are very clear & zoom is awesome. You just have make sure to push the shutter button halfway to focus or your pics will be blurry. I just received this last week so there’s many pics & settings I have not tried yet. Lightweight, small camera, 3”screen, camera strap included is always so thin so I usually buy another one. Only peeve I have is the batteries seem to be hard to find. All the Best Buy stores in my area don’t carry them & I have to buy online , also no popular name aftermarket batteries are available except for refuel. Other than that, I’m happy with it so far.

First digital camera i bought,easy to use, excellent picture. Great choice of functions,light weight.

I purchased this camera to replace a Canon SX620 HS I've had for 2 years. As a home inspector, I take 60 to 150 pics per day. The 620 was a surprisingly durable camera. After dropping the 620 several times on concrete, once even in a sump pit full of water (not recommended), it continued to work flawlessly. Eventually the flash quit working (could probably be repaired). I decided it was time for a replacement. I chose the SX720 HS over the 620 because of the more powerful zoom. The camera is a slight bit larger and heavier, but uses the same batteries (giving me a spare) and operates the same as the 620. I'm very happy with the camera and would highly recommend to anyone needing a great point & shoot camera. The 40x optical zoom is amazing!

It seems to be a good camera but am still learning to use it. There are times when it doesn't focus right but then it's different from other cameras that I have had. I like that it fits into my purse as I travel a lot and don't want a ton of pics on my phone and using up all my space.

Nice camera! easy to use and compact. Only problems are connecting to PC using downloadable program

Wanted a 35mm camera, but did not want to lug a lot of "extras" (lens, filters, etc). This camera fit the bill with its lightweight, compact, and sharp pictures! Great for amusement parks and zoos with the grand kids! Easy to charge, easy to download pics! Great camera for the size and price!!

this camera is easy to use and takes great telephoto pictures. I found that it is best to use a tripod or brace your hand against a solid object when using the telephoto function. Take plenty of shots because it is very easy to review and delete the shots you don't like. The owners guide did not tell what the DIGITAL and HDMI terminals ( under the rubber cover on the side ) of the camera was for or how to use them. I found out from the associates in the Home Theater area what the terminals were for and what cables I needed to use. I have a soft nylon bag case for my camera so that it will fit in my pocket and I have a hard case to protect it when I travel.

Still learning, but seems to have many helpful features. Got a clear full frame photo of a hawk sitting on a post while driving by it.

great pics and zoom from a unit that fits in a shirt pocket. hard to hold and not bump controls on back of camera for my thick hands.

This camera gets the job done if you're intimimated or don't want the huge investment for a DSLR. The picture quality is great. Tons of useful settings. I also like the wifi option and the ability to use the app to transfer photos from your camera to your phone

Very easy to use. Has some zoom feature so it is a step up from a point and shoot camera.

This takes very nice photos and is easy to use. I wanted something better than a phone camera but not as complex and bulky as a Digital SLR. This fit the bill. It's small enough to keep handy but still takes a high quality photo.

Love the camera! Very clear pictures, have taken a couple of the moon and I was surprised that you could actually see the craters. I still need to learn how to use it better, but I think it's a great first camera. It is small and compact and easy to carry around.
