I bought this camera by the recommendation for it to be great for concerts due to its low light capabilities and zoom. It's a joke. The low light iso function does not help in this senserio and when you try to zoom it bounces all over in the screen making it I'm possible to hold steady for a clear shot. Save your money. I returned this camera

I took this camera for an important fashion trip to Paris. The pictures were absolutely horrible. I regret that due to Cov19, I missed my timing to return this camera.

I would say this doesn't deserve any stars because it seemed to be too difficult for me to even maneuver and review any pictures it was most difficult to operate

I thought this camera will be better than my Moto G5. However the image quality is very poor that i have to return this camera. Worth to spend some more money and buy a DSLR

Bought to take photos on a trip to Europe. So far it has been everything I expected. Small enough for the pocket, yet very good zoom capability. Also seems good with low light.

This camera does not come cheap so you would think that it would have an auto flash. But no it does not. You have to push the little button next to the flash to engage it.

I paid $280 for this camera on 6-5-18 and it is broke on 12-19-20. Cameras should last more than 2.5 years

Great photos, not-so-easy photo with the wi-fi

I purchased this camera before a trip to Alaska that demanded a good zoom lens. The product delivered on photo quality, ease-of-use and zoom ability. What's not so easy is transferring your photos out of the camera. The only way to do this is via a wi-fi network, with a requirement that your wi-fi modem have a specific feature that mine doesn't have. After spending two unsuccessful hours trying to connect my desktop to the camera, I went another route and used the Canon Web service option. While uploading photos to the "Gateway," I received an error message and was only able to transfer part of the photos, none of which are actually showing up in a Web-accessible format. The transfer was also extremely slow and wore out my battery before it was complete. It would be nice to have an easier, less clunky and seemingly outdated way of uploading photos. Still working on this, but I first have to recharge the battery in order to continue troubleshooting. It would be great if this camera had a simple USB cable transfer option instead of relying solely on wi-fit. My advice would be to make sure you have the proper wi-fi modem before buying this product, and not assume that wi-fi capability is automatic just because you have wi-fi. I wish I'd had more time to investigate the details for the SX720 or I would have purchased a camera with a superior and way easier cable transfer option.
