Customers are saying

Customers often highlight the PowerShot SX730 HS's superior image quality, ease of use, and compact size as significant advantages. Many appreciate the convenient flip screen and the camera's lightweight design, making it ideal for travel. However, some users express concerns about the flash functionality and its performance in low-light conditions. A few also mention that the price point could be considered somewhat high.

Good camera but not what I was looking for. It is good to take normal pictures but not good enough for the project that I had in mind. I needed more so I ended up buying a professional camera instead of this.

Been taking photos for 49 years. Wanted a small camera to fit in my front pouch on my mountain bike to shoot photos while biking in the trails of wild life. Had to have better zoom lens than an iPhone, but this camera didn’t cut it. Unfortunately, was very disappointed with the images of the deer and distant sceneries. Sure, this camera will take close up photos of the deer in the distance etc. but images were all slightly blurry. To Canon - would suggest good quality Macro in camera.

I got this camera for my sister but the quality wasn't what I expected. It's nice for a day-to-day life of photos but not quality photoshoots.

I can NOT seem to get the camera to connect to my tablet to transfer photos. I am hoping that the folks at Best Buy can help me.

This is probably a good camera however returned it due to it having a pop-up flash. This was not mentioned by the sales person and we only discovered it after having it home. Clerk ordered on-line for us due to it being out-of-stock. The pop-up flash is noisy, cumbersome and distracting when trying to take a picture in a "quiet" situation.

It is unfathomable that they released a product with no protection for LED screen coupled with very poor picture quality. I bought this to carry with me on business travel so I didn’t have to take my fullframe camera and lenses with me. Big misrake purchase.

Even in Auto lens and focus continues to fluxuate w/o any user touching controls. When reviewing photos zoom goes to full and is unrecoverable. I'm on travel will return it after return. Ruined my ability to take potos on a 2 week camping trip to Yosemite and my high school reunion in Pennsylvania where I am currently

The canon sx730 is bulky and heavy. I had lost my 720 that I was very happy with. i would exchange it in a second if possible. It is the same product but with a revolving screen to take selfies. What a stupid idea a major mistake on my part.

Not functional. If your going to have a flip screen, make it useful instead of just one way. For the money, the red is better.

For those on a budget, this is a fantastic point and shoot camera with flip screen and as such is a great clogging video camera! Small sensor but if you know how to utilize the features it performs great. Smallest 40 x zoom camera on the market! A+

    Good travel trip camera

Satisfied, not a great camera though. It’s OK in low light, not great. Unlike my others Canons, I do not get the sense this would take any rough treatment. The display on back seems vulnerable , can’t be protected, it’s flush with the edge of the camera , and with the way the lens opens and closes, would be very vulnerable to any grit, sand, salt air, would not bring this to the beach. But it will do what I want, sit in my pocket, and be able to take nice pics when I travel, and don’t want to tote around a full size camera
