Was in urgent need of a backup battery pack before a photoshoot and called my local Best Buy to see if they had it in stock. They grabbed the one I needed and had it ready for me up front to pay immediately. Works great!

My wife and I were going on an extended vacation and were worried that our three year old battery might have issues. We purchased this second battery as a backup and it sat in its case the whole vacation. I guess that speaks volumes about the original battery and prospectively for this second one as well.

Theses batteries are great. They stay charged for a long period of time. Just make sure they are not plugged into the charger or they will lose their charge. Put the plastic piece on top of them that comes with it

Make sure before traveling to pick up an extra battery for your camera. It's great to know that you will not miss a beat when that first battery is used up!! In doing so, you will miss the opportunity to take a great picture!

You gotta have a backup battery! And this one hasn't let me down!!

This is just a battery, and it resolved the issue of our battery that no longer could be recharged. However, this item is WAY overpriced, about $56, when the generic version (which Best Buy was out of, disappointingly) is less than 1/2 the price. My only hope is that using the brand name will mean a LOT more battery life!

Good battery but the price is a bit high. This camera does not have a lot of options for batteries.

I purchased this battery as a spare for my Canon T5 as the camera originally only came with one battery. Always need a spare! Cannot go wrong with Canon products...especially for use in a Canon product.

great battery for Canon camera, i bought this so i can have a spare battery for when i have extended shots for video shots when at a remote site and far from an outlet. does what it says on the package.

I love to take photos and it never fails that when I’m in the middle of taking pictures, my battery dies. Therefore, it’s always a good idea to have a spare battery on hand. This battery charges quickly and holds its charge. The only negative is that because it’s a name brand, it costs more, but it’s quality is better than the lower priced brands which I have tried in the past.

Excellent Battery lasts a few hours in a Cannon Camera.

It's a canon. The charge holds up beyond the first half of a soccer game with hundreds of continuous shooting.

Was looking for a cheaper way to go and was looking at batteries on Amazon but decided against those. Only use name brand batteries that are made for your camera. This is perfect and have no issues!

Great product, a little to pricey for what its for i found it cheaper elsewhere.

I'm so glad I bought this camera, as I was photographing a baptism, my original battery died and I bought this replaceable one just for that reason! It works great, and the life of the battery is long. Recommendable obviusly

I use my camera for work. Extra batteries sure come in handy as batteries die in the field at the most inopportune times.
