I’ve used a lot of lenses over the years in this range. From a Vivitar Series 1 in the early 80s to a Leica 70-180 Apo to Nikon’s and Canon’s EF 70-200 f/2,8 and f/4 lenses professionally. This is the best yet. I imagine the f/2.8 version would be tops as well. The size is amazing for lenses of this quality. Love it!

Works very well with my EOS R5. If I want to travel light I pair it up with a 50mm prime. That combo covers a lot of situations and is not too bulky.

So jappy i picked tbis up. Barely longer then my 24–105, this feeks lighter and has a much smootger zoom ring. Focuses crazy fast even at night. If 2.8 isbt essential to you (most ppl really dont need it) uy this and never look back

Its Canon, a high quality brand and this product keeps that reputation in tack. The PLUS is, Best Buy had this for $200 off and 2 yr 0% financing. A great deal!

Perfect lens for me. It was very difficult to decide between f2.8 and f4. However, I am very satisfied with this product.

This is a must lens for your kit. I thought of going with the 2.8 but 800 cheaper the f4 is awesome. A powerhouse for the eos R

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HANDS DOWN! It's about the same size as the 24-70, the weight is a little over half the size of the 2.8, and don't get me wrong F4 sounds lame, but you really aren't losing anything, except the weight, in a good way.

This is a great lens, I was really thinking if I should get the F4 or the F2.8, but after giving a chance to the F4 I realize that this was just what I needed.

So far so good. It's nice and light. A part of me wishes i would have paid the extra and gotten the 2.8 but it's quite a bit more cash.

Canon RF70-200 - F4 so not the fastest lens in low light but i was surprised how well it performed. Pictures are very good Purchased from BB, took a while to actually get a member of staff to go and find the lens!! once they got it in hand it went smoothly
