I'm no pro photographer and I was hesitant about spending a lot of money for a flash due to lack of experience and overall knowledge about them... but this flash literally does everything itself! I bought it, drove home, read a few quick instructions, and shot a great holiday family portrait! I'm extremely pleased with the results and am eager to shoot more with it! Definitely a great purchase!

This was a great buy. Bought it on a lark, I really don't like flash photography very much, but this is a solid, lightweight unit that makes great light. nice and soft when bounced off the ceiling with the diffuser. I used it with my T3i, so some of the more advanced programming functions aren't available to me, but it's still a great flash.

Got it as a Christmas gift. Drastically improved que quality of my pictures. Love it so far! I'm going to love to take some portraits. I use it with my DSRL 90D.

It’s great, I am new to flashes like this so having one that thinks for me is everything.

Great value. Easy to use for a beginner. My only disappointment was it didn’t arrive by the intended delivery date, so I didn’t get it in time to use to take great pictures at my grandson’s first birthday party.

This flash is so much easier to use, it does the work for you when using bounce flash, pictures turn out amazing!!

Build quality is good, I was a little bit skeptical, but initial indoor tests are simply amazing. I’m sure a professional photographer can achieve same results w/o the contribution of the AI component, but the simplicity and the outcomes are truly remarkable.

Excellent bounce flash used with a Canon 90D Must say though it has a fairly steep learning curve to get the exact lighting you want if your not very experienced with flash photography as I was. However once I learned all the features, it provided perfect lighting and exposures time and time again. The automatic rotating flash is a cool bonus also.

It really is a huge difference in the quality if pictures lighting with this flash. I am a novice and there was no learning curve. Excellent product and well worth the purchase!

This is a great flash, no more forgetting to bounce your flash when you are close to subject. It feels like cheating, I'm loving it. A must have for Canon shooters! Got it on sale.

This flash does a great job of eliminating shadows. It is easy to use with 2 useful setting, one of beginners and one for the skilled advanced user.

Wow... just wow! The AI is all I need. Excellent response and works great on my 5D MKIII, 7D MKII, EOSR and M50. Worth every penny!

Great build quality but I think this is a little bit more of a gimmick than really being functional. I can get as good of photos with a standard flash and it is missing wireless - perhaps it would be awesome if it were wireless as the head would adjust for those remote photos - that would actually be useful IMO.

Ease of use, ease of obtaining professional results, even lighting in almost all situations

I purchased this flash for my wife as she wanted to start taking more pictures of our little one. She was thrilled to see how good the pictures came out with such little effort. It is expensive compared to other unbranded flash found online, but it is definitely worth the money as we have found it makes our pictures look very close to the professional ones we pay hundreds of dollars each session.

It's the best flash I've ever owned the 470 e x a i which is the only Flash out there that's like a robot that can it has an auto intelligent bounce that means it moves to wear the right footage in the right lightness and moves on its own that's incredible I love this Flash

Amazing quality. However, if you are doing a continue shot or shutter shots then it takes a while for the lens to load back up.
