The flash has a lot of features and has been pretty easy to work with straight out of the box. There are a lot of great futures and I can't wait to try them all.

Excellent and powerful flash. I have used this as my master flash to my 430ex ii flashes and has never failed me in putting out great shots.

Liked it so much I've purchased a second one. This product will help me to learn so much about flash photography due to its simplicity as well as the versatility and capabilities yet to be discovered with all it has to offer.

This is my second 600 EX and I couldn't imagine not having it already! I shoot weddings and events professionally and use these for on and off camera lighting. Recycle time and dependability far surpass the 580 EX. Worth the price!

Probably the best Speedlite ever made by Canon. Super fast, super bright. Very accurate on auto mode. Battery consumption is quite good, too. Definitely recommended!

A very powerful flash. Works great in any of the programmable modes. Super powerful if using it in the full manual mode and working with the Guide number formula. Would recommend to anyone who owns a Canon DSLR camera.

Great items and associate was so helpful. It took a while for me to make up my mind but again the associate was knowledgeable and very patient. I would definitely return for additional camera purchases.

While I wasn't able to test the radio functionality of this speedlite, it functions really well as an external flash and recycles really well. There are functions aplenty for the above average user.

Totally in love with this speed-light and will be purchasing 2 more soon. I also have the ST-E3-RT transmitter (which unfortunately Best Buy doesn't sell yet) which I highly recommend for getting all flash off camera. If your serious about building the best speed light set up this is it! much more reliable, more functionality, and more compact than using Pocket Wizard set up.

600EX Mk 1 is a good solid flash for Pro's. Better in my view than the newer Mk 2 flsah.

The 600 EX-RT Is the flagship for the Canon Speedlite line up. This is a very reliable we'll constructed unit. This unit. Features a redesign in the flash controls requiring a new learning curve, even if you are a veteran of the Speedlite line. Canon did this with the menus on the 430 and 580 models as well which can make mixing these unit together a little confusing if you do not use them all the time. However the real mark against it is that you can not use a radio transmitter in the mix if you are also using optical units like the 430s and 580s. The 600 can control these units but everything has to be fired optically so you cannot use the radio to fire units around a corner or in a soft box while using the other units in line of site. Everything either has to be radio or optical, so unless you have the budget to replace all of your older units you will still be locked into optical triggering for the unit. http://shatteredimagesphotography.com

This is my 6th one. Very versatile especially off camera with Canon's mounted controller. Impossible to beat for quick moving on the go lighting.

Canon - Speedlite 600EX-RT External Flash - Black, for me is the best choice, cause is not expensive but have a great light for my pictures.

I absolutely love the quality of the pictures I take when using this flash. It has a eye enhancement card that flips right out of the top of the flash. use on bounce the flash really makes your subject pop and adds a nice Depth of Field.

A little pricey, but worth the money. Excellent coverage for zoom wide angle lens.

Great external flash, it truly has taken my photography to another level, wish I had not waited so long to get it.

I would recommend this flash to anyone that is looking into buying something more durable and flexible. I had a smaller flash but the range of light was to little so i decided to get this one and it works just fine specially if you are doing out door photography. You would love this flash, I simply love it.

I love this flash. I have a lot to learn but I can see the difference in my photography already.
