An outstanding upgrade from the 580EX-II - more range and a faster recharge time

this is my first flash and it has done very well. I have taken pictures late at night outside and it worked great.

I use this flash with photo umbrellas for studio work, and it provides great lighting.

I use the 550 flash usually and this one seems to have better range and fill.

At first it was kind of hard to get the lighting just right but after watching some videos it got easier

This is the best flash I have owned the range is excellent specially when I'm shooting with my 70-200mm lense.

This flash is powerful and clean! Loving using the wireless radio sync between the two 600's that I own!

Although a bit expensive, this flash is well worth the price. Definitely pick this up if you have the funds.

I would recommend to anyone beginners to advanced shooters. Communicates well with all bodies.

Love the Canon Flashes!! I'm a wedding photographer and I have 4 of them.

This is Canon's new top of the line flash and it shows. Works great. Professional quality. My only complaint is that Canon could have done a little better on making some of its functionality more backward compatible. Examples: High Speed Sync; Settings through the Camera Menu; plus a receiver for older flashes would have been nice. But overall, this is a great flash and the radio control features are easy to use and work terrifically.

This is the best flash I've used yet. It works great and cycles unbelivably well. Easy to program and set up. Adjustment are quick and easy thanks to the better screen. I've used the 580 for several years and had some issues with it and it's connectivity. The 600 has not let me down yet. I highly recommend getting it. "Buy the best and cry once!"

I haven't used this flash too much , yet .I have had some great results in a controlled , low pressure environment . I wouldn't want to run off and do a wedding without many more hours of experiment . That being said , I am happy with what I have done with it .

This is my first external flash for use on my Canon EOS 7D. It's very powerful, can zoom to 200mm. I am still learning how to use it, and will need to buy a flash extender as I notice red eye in subjects when mounted on the camera's hot shoe. Wonderful product, very sturdy, and looks great sitting on top of my 7D.
