There are two reasons it did not get 5 stars. The first, I had an issue with the record button sticking and interfering with obtaining any video. Took it back to Best Buy and they swapped it out no problems. The second is the zoom is only 10x optical. The 40x digital zoom gets the job done but is rather grainy compared to lesser cameras.

Pretty easy to operate
