Seems to work very well. Takes a while to read the manual though.

Love this camera. Easy to use. Great pic and sound. We use it in our church for live-streaming. Struggles: The little bolt the connects for mounting on tripod wiggles loose easily, especially when moving camera. Also wish it had a remote control.

I love the Sony Camcorder. I used it for the first time to record Santa with all the kiddies. It's small/compact, it shows a great video when played back and was so easy to use. I will need to try it for other occasions and get more use before I can truely review it.

I bought this camera for high end video, but also the advertised ability (on the Best Buy product page) to use it as a webcam. Got the camera and realized that it does not actually have the capability of being used as a webcam without a third-party converter, which I had to buy separately for another hundred dollars.
So great camera, but terrible advertising on BestBuy's part.

Great camcorder for 4K filming. I use it for streaming and I couldn’t be more please. The professional look, the ease of use, and the compatibility the other devices. Highly recommended.

First, and foremost is the 4K video quality. Superb, really. Canon's "Colour Science" comes through once again. Second: the value of this videocamera with the included features. High capture speed (per second) for 4K shoots assures quality. Use a U3 SDHC card ONLY for 4K shooting. I recommend the SanDisk 'Extreme Pro" 128 GB cards. Yes, card(s), because this videocamera has two slots for cards. You can "relay" record for more capacity *or* choose to *simultaneously* use both "A" and "B" card slots to have "B" has an automatic backup. Amazon Canada's pricing is actually very competitive with U.S. pricing. So, no need to shop south of the border. The lens hood is also a protector with a 'switch' to drop down the lens protector. Clever. Too many features and adjustments to mention. Go to Canon's website for all the specs and details of features. *Highly recommended*. Dropped one star because I find the auto focus finicky at low light levels, but there are smart solutions and options for that. Again, go to Canon's website for workarounds, including a couple of ways to manually focus if necessary. Out of the box, the "Auto" settings work very well in great to "reasonable" lighting situations. Enjoy! Again, 4K video resolution, colour and "depth" are amazing. Thanks, Canon!

Videos were pretty crisp. I liked the dual memory card slots. Colors were a bit dull. I wound up returning to buy a Nikon Z6. Decided to get something that was more versatile.

Such a lovely camera. I really like using the Canon G50 for footage. It has dual SD card slots, which when you have two 128GB cards in the camera, you have around 8 hours of recording. The camera is pretty good with night time shots as well. When I first began using the camera I struggled shooting in manual, but the more I used it, the better shots I got. Of course it does come with preset modes, such as "snow, portrait, fireworks, sunset" and so on. I like that you can use the ring on the front part of the camera to either zoom in on a subject or focus on a subject. (You can customize it to your liking) The camera has a fast motion and slow motion option, which I have used for timelapsing and it's a really nice feature to have. Since it has a manual mode, you can manually set the apeture, brightness, and so on. You can shoot as high as 60 frames per second at 1080p, but only 3o frames per second in 4K (which I don't shoot in because of the file size). The only thing that I wished it had was WiFi like the DSLR cameras, so I could transfer footage to my phone. I really do love using this camera as the CMOS sensor is very very clear and I am always shocked by how clear my image is.

Pretty good, simple, no problems (I only say that because it's different from the Cannon I used at school, I just need to memorize its specs.). But the Price is the only thing that backed me off for a bit.

I use two of these in a livestream situation and have no issues with the camera or picture. Hook up was straight forward and picture is great. Note, you cannot stream directly from the camera, I run them into a small video switcher. But overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

Bought this to create highlights video of lacrosse games and for coaching purposes. Camera has fantastic zoom and clarity. Only bad that I have noticed in bright sun the View screen is difficult to see. If that is the only fault I can see it will serve well for many years to come.

I haven't used the camera too much with the Corona Virus going around but with the limited use that I've done the footage was good. Even the built-in microphone was better than I expected though I use a shotgun mic and lapel mic when I'm filming.
One of the features that I wished the camera had was the ability to live stream without the need of a capture card. Other than that I really have no complaints

Great camera! Great battery life. Compact, easy to use. Only problem is no mini HDMI cable is included. Had to pay $15 extra to buy one.
