    4K image quality is horrendous. Form factor is okay, quite large compared to other competing camera brands. I get better 4K image quality from using ProRes on my iPhone 13 Pro Max

    Not impressed. Swapped for the Sony ax53 Set up was not user friendly and you cannot stream with this device.

    Only used 3 times. The camera will not operate without being plugged into outlet power. Apparently the battery sensor inside the camera is not working properly.

    This item was not as advertised. It claims to be a streaming camera, but the hdmi output does not connect to a capture card. After searching online, this is a known issue.

    Zoom has default and does not work. Had it for less than 3 months and when we finally went to use it the zoom didn't work. Now its a headache to get replaced.
