Great video camera at a great price and fast shipping

Impressive zoom range and great for family videos and recording your kid’s sports.

Camera kept loosing focus, I would have to select a person to keep it on focus, but with multiple people being recorded it would just go out of focus for about 10 seconds and refocus again, not something you want to see as you are recording, I had to return it.

Excellent product, I recommend it, satisfied with it.

I like the camera, but the only thing is the image stabilization is garbage, otherwise it’s pretty awesome camera, but I can’t use it because of the poor image stabilization while zoomed in a bit.

I would have loved to honestly reviw this item, unfortunately I can't. So i will instead review Best Buy. I love shopping at best buy, they have always been great. However i ordered this online since it wasnt available in store. Tracking was off, nevwr updated and then said it was finally delivered 3 days after expected date. Called best buy, filed police report, did everything they asked. Then finally was told "it wasnt their fault". Just wanted a refund or replacement and got neither. Wish there was someway i could report them, as I am out over a grand for a camera which I am sure is amazing.. but will never know.

Circuit board went out after 30 days, sent for repair took 30 days to repair and return. Only used about 4 hours. Kept shutting off

An easy camcorder to use and packed with features that can upgrade to professional grade results. 4k layout is quite excellent and you will not be disappointed when transferring files for picture and video editing. This is a definite mainstay and solid backup if you utilize other upgrade camcorders. A great and superb investment!!

I wasn’t pleased with the quality of the camera. Sony seemed to be much easier and less component to keep up with. Lens cover, lens protector etc
