But once you start using it more, then it becomes a joy to use. Still working on the NFC and WIFI use. A major reason why I brought it. Also it comes with 16GB of memory that was a plus to me for the cost. Canon's apps are tricky to use with phone and tablet.

Awesome Video Camara

I needed to replace my Sony tape video for my son’s High School Symphonic Band Evaluations. Worked like a charm. The picture quality is excellent, not to mention the zoom quality. I use the WiFi features and control with my iPhone. It easily downloads to my Mac.

Good camera, but lack of feature.

The wifi is the problem here. I can not start or stop recording with the smart phone. Now a days, it is all about selfi and vblog. How am I supposed to use it for my online vblog? My smart phone functions better, at least I can get a blue tooth remote for it.

Great for a beginner

Great for taking to sports events and recording plays for reference as a teaching tool. I would highly recommend this product to whomever asked me about it. It also works well at family events as entertainment st a later time.
