Used it one time, I have not touched since then. Very disappointed. I wish I can exchange it for another model or brand.

Besides that it is virtually impossible to hold the camera steady and watch what you are filming . I returned it for my money back!!!

Outside video camera only

Great camera for the price

This camera is nice! Has a mic port, and works great with my tripod. Takes incredible pics and video in natural light. Very easy to use. Took me a LONG time to figure out how to get to the pics and vids on my computer. Need to connect by cable, then open the camera screen, then go into the pic or vid files, and then they show up on the computer. Easy to do now that I know how to do it. Only negative I've encountered so far would be really poor quality when it comes to lower light pics and video.

Can't shoot anything moving fast

It just goes completely fuzzy and out of focus until whatever is moving slows down. Auto focus is painfully slow. It does a nice job of shooting nothing exciting, but forget about going on adventures or recording anything interesting with it.

"THE SITE IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE." The link www.canon.com/icpd from the PDF Instruction Manual - I clicked on Video Cameras - No software listed. I clicked on Professional Camcorders - No software listed. I clicked on everything on the page and got the same message - The site is currently unavailable... ALL access to Canon is UNAVAILABLE. No support, no contact info, nothing works!!

Do Not buy it

I could not paste my video files onto my computer since it would not allow it. So therefore I could not make continuous mini movies with it. And it does not work in my SD card reader device. It is overall a super horrible design. And the prompts on the screen vanish away so fast before you could make a selection.
