This is a replacement camera for one that we use in a university department for a lot of things. The other one finally just died from the amount of use we gave it. I've always been pleased with this camera and it doesn't disappoint. It's very compact, does video at a very high level and is as cheap as any camera I know. Highly recommended.

For the price, it can’t be beat. I use it to replace a webcam for live-streaming. There is no comparing a webcam video quality to this camera.

I still want to come into the store for a walk through to familiarize with the options! It has a lot of ways to use it so for that I am glad!

Does a great job at recording video. Great option if you don't need a bunch of extra features like WiFi and built in storage. Quality video.

This camera is user friendly. The only thing I wish it had was a hot Shoe mount for a Wireless mic.

There are no mind boggling special features about this little gem. You point it at the subject, it captures the image reliably and you keep pointing it till you're through. The high resolution imagery is equally suited for your kid's birthday party or live streaming a sporting event. The HDMI output works nicely in a variety of settings. Sure, a larger camera with more features will do more work, but if you're on a tight budget, can you afford that larger camera? Great product but especially for the money!

Good product works great. I bought this to record football games a little league for my son. The quality and features are excellent for what I need it for. Battery life seems to be excellent. Takes an SD card the mini ones which was perfect. I recommend this product.

This is nice for video recording. Its great to have full length of 190 min captured. Zoom feature is plus point for this camcorder.

I needed a camera to record for my dissertation, which was about 2.5 hours a day. The battery still had a lot left each day. It also got the job done. It was one of the cheaper options, which is fine as I was not looking for movie quality. Also, the mic picks up the sound well. I speak softly yet I could hear myself clearly on the video

For the price this vidcam does a great job. Very clear picture and good sound as well. Easy to operate. The only real drawback is the viewing screen. It is like glass and very reflective. Hard to see with any kind of light in the background, so you just kind of point and shoot. Slight inconvenience for the price when on sale.

Nice compact video camera if used in good light. Purchased this to create a podcast and it was up to the task. It is not as good in low light situations as some of the other camcorders, but for me it was fine since it served only one purpose.

The recording had great quality and the camcorder was easy to set up and use. However, I did not like that you could not download directly from disc. It had to be done directly through the camcorder. In order to send the download as an attachment, it had to be downsized.
