    Bought this as a gift for a coffee lover; however, I got the inspiration from watching my sister in law using hers. She loves it (was a Christmas gift) and she uses her's daily and has had no problems. Easy, quick and really makes a good cup of coffee better. Thinking about getting one for myself.

    It makes foam, but after the first or second time using it, a bit of milk leaks out the bottom, and then gets on the hot plate. I think I might return it.

    It seems that Capresso should get out of the milk frothing business.This model does not get a good review and the one I purchased in February 2013 from BB.com is no longer available, but it was not much different in style and price from this one. I loved it for a week. And then it quit working. Best Buy replaced it,no questions asked. Even paid return shipping. The new one quit working after 31 days. It was no longer covered under the Best Buy 30 day warranty, so I had to contact the company. They would replace it, but I had to pay the return shipping. That was $9.00 more. I was obnoxious enough to insist on talking to a manager and finally got them to send me a UPS shipping label. I have not received the new one yet, but in the mean time found a $2.99 hand held that works beautifully. I do have to heat the milk, but I still get my warm froth. If my new Capresso works better and longer, I will amend this review, but for now I am not a happy customer. Must thank Best Buy for their quick help, though.
