Worked great for what it was. Just too much work to grind my own.

This is our second Capresso coffee grinder and we’re as pleased with it as the first.

Powerful and quiet coffee grinder with good value. Too early to judge reliability

Have friends who brew coffee every morning except for the days their fancy grinder with electronics dies. They buy a different brand but go through the same problem annually, seems like. This grinder has a simple mechanical timer on the front, makes in cups. I make cold brew twice a week. Weigh out 100 grams of beans for a liter of water and it consistently meets the nine cup setting. Now I just run nine cups worth. Only trick is if you twist the clear bin all the way until it stops, you have disabled the motor as a safety feature. Back it off a bit and it works, Love this. Its a conical grinder and it’s not jarringly loud. Don’t get the fancy complicated ones or you’ll be driving to Starbucks wearing a bathrobe when it breaks.

This grinder is easy to setup and use. Great choice for the price point. Would certainly recommend to others.

I got this as a length-of-service reward through my company and it was shipped by BB. Nothing against BB. The first grinder that arrived didn't grind coarse enough. Customer service at Jura/Capresso was very responsive and had me send it in for service. They sent a new one. Again it doesn't grind coarse enough for anything other than pour over. Sent it back. They just called and said it operates as expected. So, if you're looking for something to do a french press or cold brew, pass on this.
