This does let the phone go through car speakers but the sound is scratchy.

It worked great at first but then I had to replace it in less than a month. And the next month the same so I switched to the Direct adapter

This works sound does go from the phone to the car. But the sound is scratchy. Probably should exchange it but don't know if it's worth the time.

It does what it's supposed to do but doesn't have the clearest or best sound. Great for those that don't have bluetooth or aux ports.

I really like these casset adapters for vehicles without blue tooth or aux. They just are not very durable.

My car is old (2002), doesn't have USB for my iPod, I use the cassette adapter, so I can use my iPod. It works great, I can listen to my music through the car speaker system.

The sound quality wears out significantly in a few to several months

paired with my Apple Music library this turned my old kinky car into a pleasure to drive. Do not expect crystal clear quality, this is still a cassette.

This was my first option for connecting my iPhone too my older car stereo. The product was cheaply made, the sound quality very poor, and in the end the cable snapped off after one week.

It broke within the first 5 minutes of purchasing.

I got this for my dads semi which still has a tape deck. It works great for playing his Sirius XM through the auxiliary cord

I drive an older, low mileage car with a cassette tape player. The Car and Driver Car Cassette Adapter makes it possible for me to play the music that I want to hear from the playlists on my phone. Because I have an iPhone with a lightning connector, I also had to buy an extra connector, but this was only an additional $10.00. So for a total of $30 I can play whatever I want. Great inexpensive solution!

I have a 2004 ACURA MDX that is running like a CHAMP! I recently but a great Bluetooth FM Transmitter that also has line out. I was disappointed that I heard engine wind when I used it. Using line in on newer cars (without Bluetooth) eliminates the "noise". Since my vehicle doesn't have line in, this was a perfect solution. I can now use Android Auto and enjoy music without having to upgrade head unit.

Needed to listen to music but was driving an older vehicle. This product let me listed via the cassette player in the vehicle.

This item fooled the automatic tape stop and therefore could not be used in the deck. Perhaps in a different deck there could be better results. But there was not adequate opportunity to test this one. It was returned.

It is a very good thing to put in your car if you’d like to listen to your own music, and not the radio constantly.

This device is useful with trying to use a portable radio/player with cars that doesn't have an AUX recept.
