Has a usb-c and a usb-A to charge your phone or another device. The watts on the charge is minimal for what it needs to charge right away. No fast/quick charge on it.

Does not Super Fast Charge at 15 watts on phone

The USB-C port will not put out anymore power than the USB-A port. I plugged in a USB-A cable to the charger, plugged into the phone with USB-C plug and it showed ~2600ma at 4.2v therefore 10.9 Watts. Phone shows FAST CHARGING Then took a USB-C cable, plugged into the USB-C port of the charger, and USB-C of my phone, and virtually identical power readings. 10.9 Watts, phone shows Fast Charging. My Samsung adaptor in the wall plug, and the USB-C to USB-C cable in the phone shows about 3600ma therefore 15 Watts and the phone shows Super Fast Charging. I tried two different car chargers, two different cars, different USB-C cables and results are repeatable. Disappointed. No better than $5 USB-A charger for charge rate.
