    The instructions did not explain clearly how everything works putting together. Almost broke it multiple times trying to set it up. The wireless charging is spotty at best. Seems when its hot outside, (which is normal) it doesnt charge, but in the morning it works. But the one thing it does well once you understand how it works is hold your phone up. However, the buttons to retract the clips are so sensitive you WILL hit them by mistake often and its bewildering the engineering team felt this was best for a dashboard mount. overall its only so-so

    If my battery is very low and I'm using my navigation app, it won't continue charging and it over heats my phone. Besides that, I love it. I just make sure my battery is almost full before using it.

    This might work well for someone else. I have a thick case on mine so it did not fit well. Also, I am clumsy trying to click on something - I kept hitting the buttons that open it. I think it could be great for someone else.

    Love this thing! I attached to my vent but the arm works well too. Very handy. Love how it grabs phone and holds in place. Two thumbs up.
