    The Car and Driver dash cam is a great addition to any car. I bought it to protect me in case an accident or other incident occurrs where I need proof of the situation. One nice feature is the sensor to activate the camera if it senses movement in front of it.

    Easy to mount, nice screen so I can see what is being recorded. But after about 3 months, it started cutting out, then it was off more than on.

    With all of the wild drivers on the road, I feel more at ease that I have proof of wrong doing of others in case I am involve in an accident on the road.

    The dash cam is trash. The quality of the vide is very muddy. You cannot see the lincense plates in front of you. The camera turns off by itself. Also it says that it has motion detection and records when the car is off. These are lies. There is no feature even though the box and instructions say so. Save your money and get a garmin

    I really wanted to keep this dash cam. I tried everything I could but could not get it to play back my video. It looked good, stayed in place no problem. But I could not find my play back.
