These days you have to protect yourself so I got this dual cam and the recorder is excellent! I have had no issues with it so far. It takes quality video and I love the fact that I have a rear camera record what is going on behind me. It is very easy to install and the quality of the video is really good and impressive.
I would recommend this to a friend

Rear camera must be mounted on window. Won’t work on rear deck because the image is upside down. Touch screen is nice for menu.
The main problem with this is the date goes to default whenever the car is shut off. Has to be reset each time the ignition is turned on. Also hard to read it on the screen. No response to my email on how to remedy this situation.
Videos will not play on my Mac computer. Had to download a converter app for the video files.
Can’t recommend this dash cam.
