We have this as a gift to my mom for Christmas. She loves it!

This isn't a very expensive press but it's great for the money spent!

Love it. Lightweight, sturdy design. Heat-proof handle.

Love the size and coaster. Can be washed in dishwasher.

Caribou press is a very nice piece but not for me because it does not have any hard coverage and is easy to break. The user should be extremely cautious due to the danger of breaking the item while washing. This is what happened to me. Once again- the press is very good but fragile.

This isn’t the best press. Deff a ton of better more solid presses out there but it looks simple and I have it for the rare occasion I want regular coffee. Usually have espresso.

I'm in between coffee makers. I thought I would give a coffee press a shot while I decide which coffee maker to buy. Inexpensive and works well. Easy clean up and makes a great cup of coffee.

So far, this French press works as described. It's not worse or better. I know that Bodum is made in different European countries, where this is made in China. It comes with a bamboo coaster, which was nice.

Makes very tasty coffee. The screen seems a bit finer than “traditional” presses; as with any press, you’ll need to experiment to find what size grind and how much coffee suits your taste. Glass seems a bit less sturdy than the traditional presses; hence, the four star rating.

Great quality for the price that I got it for. Got on sale for 10 Dollars and is worth every penny. Would I pay more for it? Probably not. Makes about 2 16oz cups of Coffee. Which is enough for myself and my partner. If you need more than that, Look somewhere else.

If you’re starting out on coffee press, this is a great one! Does its job. You can make about 21 oz of coffee in this (less than the “5-cup” claim but I am not quite sure what cup sizes the description really meant). Overall, good product!

it is easy to have a really hot cup of coffee, which I don't find with most systems. Looking forward to using it for cold brewed coffee - just wish it were larger

Have "wanted" a French press for years. Now I have it and it's a keeper! Cleans easily. Size is perfect.

When you see 5-cups it is very misleading. You can make one travel size cup and another cup if you go to the top. I still love it though. Perfect size but thought it would make more just because I would want more later.

I really liked this item but somehow managed to damage the metal strainer. If there's a way to replace that piece, that would be great. Otherwise, it's pretty useless now.

It's a little difficult to clean, but it's less wasteful than the k-cups. I bought this when my Keurig was only brewing half cups even after I de-scaled the thing and got tired of convenience store coffee.

Got this on a whim and glad I did. You have to get coffee ground coarse for this. But Starbucks can do that for you. More work but is great on a lazy Saturday morning before going out shopping (at Best Buy)
