It's very fragile as mentioned. Superior to regular cup in keeping drink hot.

I just recently purchased the entire Caribou line of products from Best Buy and I honestly wasn't sure I needed these as well. However, I am happy I purchased them as they look great with the other Caribou products. They are very stylish since they have the little bamboo trivets and they do keep your coffee warm while the outside is not hot to the touch. Would definitely recommend if you are looking to buy the Caribou line of products!

These double walled mugs are really eye catching and a great piece to the table, but when I hold the handle I feel like it would snap at any moment. It's a really really thin glass. I bought these for my sister and she loves the look and the wooden coasters that come with it, but we wouldn't put them in the dishwasher.

The double walled glass cups are perfect. Its so nice to see exactly what you are drinking and the insulating properties are great. I actually think these cups are better for cold drinks because the double walled design prevents sweating. These cups are marked not dishwasher safe which I don't understand because I have washed them in the upper rack and it has been fine.

It is a perfect fit for my Nesspreso machine which I love They feel like glass yet are not, therefore, they are light to the touch. It work in the microwave and dishwasher, in addition, it keep the coffee warm longer. I liked the glasses so much, I have ordered another set.

They look cool when you mix creamer or sugar cause its see through, My wife loves them and picked up another set for my father. Despite all the negative comments about them cracking or breaking its like any other glass product in you home ... just be careful! lol

I bought these for my wife. She loves the looks of them and says they're comfortable in the hand. The only thing she doesn't like is that they are not microwave safe. No indication on the packaging if they're dishwasher safe.

These are the best double walled coffee mugs.microwavable mugs which do not heat up outside but gets the coffee heated up inside. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and would like to gift it to family and friends too. Loved the product very much.

i like the shape and how nice it looked and felt garbing the mug. i defiantly loved the price around Thanksgiving $9.99 but when i broke one set and i had to buy again, it was $19.99 too bad i did not buy more when it was on sale

I read many of the reviews prior to purchasing two sets. While they don't appear to be sturdy, I found that the lightness and thin glass make them feel expensive. Like I said i purchased two sets and I love the way my cafe macchiatos look in thse cups.
