This bag is too firm and narrow to put the GPS in.

I bought this as a gift for someone who has the Garmin Nuvi GPS. The casing is leather and does not look cheap compared to some of the other cases I have checked out. The Garmin unit fits snug in the case. If you have a Garmin I recommend you pick up one of these.

It's a GPS. It's Garmin. It does what you'd expect it to do. Works pretty well most of the time but as with all GPS systems, sometimes it takes you the long way. Looks great mounted with my KUDA mount. Live traffic works well. Free updates for life is a huge selling point.

This is a great case to protect your Garmin however it's made to fit up to a 7in screen and I have the 5in Garmin and it's a little big for it but still great protection for my Garmin and a well built product!

This case works great. I don't worry about scratching the screen when I am not using my Garmin GPS. It is perfect for carrying the GPS in my backpack when traveling by airplane.

Comfortably fits a Garmin DriveAssist 50LMT snuggly, but not tight.

I bought this for my new DriveLuxe 51LMT-S. I want something better fitting then what this was so I plan to return it. Luckily, I had my Garmin Universal 5-Inch Carrying Case from 2012, model 010-11577-01. It is perfectly sized for just a 5 inch and a nicer build. Hopefully Garmin or a competitor will offer something similar in the future. I specifically do not like that it is oversized for a 5 inch since it can also fit a 6 inch.

Nice carrying case for a 5 inch and 6 inch GPS. Keeps it safe and secure when not in use.

A very basic case. Because it fit 5" and 6", it wider and longer than needed for 5" gps. It does not fit in compartments in my truck. A notch under the magnetic clasp tends to make it harder to close. It does protect the screen which is the main reason I bought it. Garmin has made cases for smaller units that were a perfect fit. I expected the same for this one but a little disappointed.

I'm sure the case is a good case for Garmin GPS models without a camera. However I recently purchased the Garmin DriveAssist 50LMT 5" GPS with Built-In Camera and this case does not fit well due to the camera lense protruding out past the GPS formed case. There should be a case specifically designed for these models to allow clearance for the camera lenses in order to create a better fit. The magnetic flap cannot close due to the lense pushing out on the case too far so I just tuck the flap inside. Need to be careful not to carry open side down as the GPS will slide out since the flap can't engage to keep closed. It is better than nothing...maybe.
