I bought the Amazon 7 case at the same time I bought the Tablet (it was on sale, also.) Fits perfectly without interfering with any of the controls, easy to hold, offers fairly good protection. NOT one of these bulky cases, it fits almost like a skin, snapping it in or out as you desire.

Having purchased the Amazon Fire 7 Tablet for my wife for Christmas last year, it seemed only right to get the protective case for it by Amazon. The generic ones were cheaper, true, but seeing the price of the tablet was so reasonable (under $50!!) I figured, "Why chance it?" and went with this one...and I'm not sorry I did, either. My wife loves it, too, so I guess I did the right thing this time 'round!
