There is a cutout where the action button is instead of a button like the volume buttons. this makes pressing the action button very hard. For how expensive of a case this is that is kinda strange.

|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is my first Casetify case, and let me tell you, I will never buy a different case from anyone else for any future phones. -Fun selection of skins/colors/designs. I love the look of this on my blue titanium pro. -Good packaging. The package was as well designed as my box that my iPhone came in and it helps build a unique product presentation that I haven't seen before in a case. -Solid fit. This is snug to the phone. I have 0 concerns that the phone will just "pop" out of the case when dropped. -Offers good protection. I have used this case for two weeks and have accidentally dropped the phone out of my pocket, car, etc 5 or so times already. There has been no damage to the case and the phone is well protected. I am confident that I would have lost my iPhone to screen damage in a parking lot without this case -MagSafe magnets are great and helps keep my accessories in place well. Cons MagSafe. I haven't seen any major problems with the case. I have concerns that with time some accessories may wear the design of the case off in the area around the MagSafe magnets and could add some character to the case 100% would recommend.
