This phone is absolutely perfect!!I am using at work and for personal life and I am happy use it. Because I am using 2 SIMs from 2 different countries its absolutely perfect choice for anyone with the same "trouble", you do not need to change the SIMs for every use of other.

The phone's a little glitchy. The screen brightness fades occasionally for no reason. I set the do not disturb function and now can't turn it off. It came pre-loaded with annoying sales pitches but I guess all new phones do now. Otherwise it's fine, just like my old lg phone.

Play good phone especially for work you can hear it in different locations pretty clear.

Had a Cat S42 previous. After almost 3 years of dropping it half million times onto concrete and in the dirt and mud, smashing it in my pocket from sitting on it, driving over it accidentally once, covering it with fine sanding dust daily, and gotten wet from the elements of wet dirty clothes chasing cattle in inclement weather brings, it finally locked up. I replaced it with a Cat S62 with FLIR camera. Had an issue with the phone not working right so returned it and went back to old faithful here. Works flawless like the one before it. Bulletproof phone without a ton of bells and whistles but works when you need it to. I only hope the cell carriers continue to use 4G for a few more years yet until I test this phones limitations once again and need to replace it with the same thing again.
