cats is a tough musical to bring to the screen,but on the whole I actually enjoyed this, its fun, quirky and of course the soundtrack is great!

This is a re-imagined movie of the play. A first the visual set design and staging was impressive. As you continue to watch, the costuming and make up lacked the little details to convince us that they are cats. The musical sequence and singing was very impressive. The actual costumes being CGI, was an interesting facet, but lacked the little details.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
