My grandkids are always asking about the stars and planets , I thought this would be a great product to have around, I was right they really enjoy looking at the planets snd Stars . We do this s a family thing at least twice a month now. Really great way for family time.

I dont give a 5 star because of the mount. Probably I have to see some videos or figure that out more, but is kinda difficult to adjust all the handscrews in order to meet the telescope completely quiet. Other than that is great. The visibility, the weight.

Great quality beginner scope. Has a motor to track the stars automatically. Took some time to put together, but the equatorial mount is quality and the red dot laser star aligner is great. I would buy again, but watch some YouTube videos on how to use it to it’s capacity if you’re new to the amateur astronomy arena.

Good magnification power as well as a software that can help track things in space. Way better than a basic telescope and when compared to those it makes them look like toys.

Love this telescope my only complaint is the stand needs to be sturdier moves to easy.

Took it to Big Bend National Park, We spend time on clear nights exploring. Now we thinking about upgrades now

This telescope doesn't hold still at all if the moon is 45 degree angle in the sky. The weights are horrible they put on this.you have to hold it still when you find something and you can hold it completely still so it's off by the time you put your eye in the scope to see it DO NOT BUY the motor drive. They ship with the battery separate and you cannot fit the battery inside the motor after you plug it in and you cannot even mount it back on after you take the motor off as there are two tiny nuts that are hidden inside the motor and you won't be able to get to. It's a waste of money and a nuisance And last there are thre fingerprints on the "mirror" inside the telescope! You can see them on the scope you look in. Unacceptable coming with fingerprints from the warehouse new!
