These were excellent viewing glasses for the eclipse. I especially liked the 2X magnification. You do have to hold them up with one hand like binoculars rather than hands-free over-your-ears glasses, but since I only viewed for short periods, this was not a problem. I only used one of the two pairs and won't need them again for several years. They were still worth the reasonable price I paid.

These solar eclipse viewers worked great! The 2x magnification makes it easier to see the details and you can trust that your vision is safe since they are made in the US and come from a trusted brand (Celestron). Also the way they are stored when not in use protects the front of the lenses making it much harder to scratch them (which would make them unsafe to use)

I used these during the last big eclipse that ciuld finally be seen from where i live. They worked great. Easy to use. Worked well over my glasses. I saved them should they be needed for any other daytime celestial happenings.

The Celestron - EclipSmart 2x Power Viewers Solar Eclipse Observing Kit worked well for looking at the sun. The magnification helped see the eclipse clearly. The only problem was that the viewers had to be held in place, since there was no way to attach them to the head or glasses.

inexpensive, what you would want for usage for one day. Compact, fold down so will fit in the child's backpack to take to school on "Eclipse Day". The 2X magnification is a nice feature to give a degree of magnification. This will create a lasting memory for the child for years to come

Works great! I love that it has some magnification. I didn't give it five stars, because there is a slight safety concern. With cardboard solar filter glasses, you can don them while looking away from the sun. With this viewer, if your hands are not steady enough, you could jostle them enough to possibly expose your eyes to direct sunlight. I would not recommend these for young children.

Worked great to view the total solar eclipse on Apr 8th 2024. The sun was visibly larger than using regular solar glasses so this was nice to have in our group to see more details on the sun. Folds up compactly and is easy to use.

Great Quality. Easily viewed eclipse and sturdy enough to save for April eclipse. 2 per package is a bonus. Trusted name in lenses so I didn't worry cheap ones like in other stores would damage my family's eyes. I'd buy them again but don't need to because they are such good quality.

These inexpensive, high quality Solar Eclipse Viewers made the cosmic event so wonderfully accessible and safe. Adults and kids loved the ease with which these "glasses" protected the eyes and let them watch the solar event from start to finish.

These viewers were lightweight, easy to use and worked very nicely for us to watch the recent partial eclipse on 10/14/2023. Once it passed, we folded them back up and put them away to hopefully use for the upcoming total eclipse in 2024.

Easy to use, reasonably-priced, set of 2 - brought the eclipse so very close - preferred to regular eclipse glasses! Plus, came with Map of Totality for 2024 Eclipse!

The 2x magnification was really great. The built-in "sun shade" was very smart too. The folds/creases were a bit firm, making it a little hard to handle for those with small or weak hands.

It worked quite well. Sometimes I saw double and had to adjust. A bit tiring to keep holding them up but it was safer and more secure than the ill fitting glasses I had as another option

The product is great. I used them for the 2017 eclipse and didn’t want to use a different pair this time around. The 2X magnifier was great. Can’t wait to use them in April
