The glasses definitely offer more filtering than a welder's glass. Fairly sturdy cardboard, fits in your shirt pocket. Works even when wearing eyeglasses. Supposedly has x2 magnification, but hard to judge.

These fold down nicely and allow for easy transport, but looking through them is a bit of a disappointment when you realize that even at 2x, the sun is just a spec. There are all kinds of warning on them and rightfully so, they don't want to be responsible for you burning your eyes out. They are however, nice to use for a rare opportunity to look straight at the sun.

Packaged well along with large fold-out with poster of eclipse on one side and useful information on other side. Two bowers wrapped seperately with 2x power. Better than paper glasses. Would buy again for next eclipse.

Took these out of the box and thought these had to be junk. I was shocked at how well the worked and even though they are made of paper they are very durable.

Worked very well but just a little bit pricy. It enlarges the Sun by 2X so you have a better view. Looking forward to next Great Eclipse.

Just enough magnification to look at the eclipse. Obviously not going to see great detail, but just a little bigger was quite nice.

I got this for the eclipse to supercede the ones I got previously elsewhere. They were excellent and it was nice to have an extra set and share the documents with other folks!

It was nice to have a view of the eclipse that was twice as big as through the more common paper glasses. However, noticed that if i didnt hold these more binocular glasses at the right angle i ended up with a sort of double vision effect

Epic! Total eclipse. Thank you!
Should have a package —two x2 and a camera lens.
Map of eclipse not useful—do not produce—with plastic. Available info online with more info and details.
Shipping on time!
Slightly damage box—no problem.

This set of eclipse glasses does the job quite well. Decent price as well. One caution- you can only use them for a few years before the sunlight protection wears out (so to speak) so these are pretty much for one solar eclipse watching unless you are traveling the globe hunting eclipses during the year.

ISO certified, recommended by NASA (I think), and the best deal for 2 viewers, from BestBuy that I buy from frequently, that I could have returned easily. What's not to like?
