Perfect beginner's telescope. You're up and looking at objects very quickly. The plate solving technology powered by your phone works very well. You can even move the telescope to a different area and not miss a beat.

Bought this as a gift for my husband. He absolutely loved it. On clear nights we’ve been able to see Saturns rings, Mars and Jupiter. Great beginner telescope, and the app makes alignment super easy.

Good enough for observing major planets around the earth. It was good enough for watching moon and saturn. With the extra filter, my family had so much fun watching solar eclipse. Seems a bit too expensive but you could easily spend 200 dollars for just one science museum visit for your family.

The starsense app makes it easy to navigate systems. The only thing that i do not like is having to use a seperate device so if you needed your phone for anything. You wouldn’t be able to use it.

Got it for my wife as Christmas present. She loves it. Solid telescope for under $250. Only downfall is the Tripod Stand isn't very sturdy.

We are just beginners but for having no experience with a telescope this one is great. Came with fantastic instructions and we have seen some pretty amazing things with it. Even got to see Jupiter and its moons!

Purchased for Christmas. Looks good and does great with the 10 and 25mm lens' viewing the moon. However, do not get this if you want to see any planets in detail. Could barely break out the moons around Jupiter and rings around Saturn. Mars is just a dot as well.
