Haven't Been Successful Yet

Setup guide is simple, but how to use it, not so much. Found myself resorting to YouTube enthusiasts on how to dial in StarSense, but results have been absent so far. Going to give it one more shot, but then calling Celestron for help with the return.

Not impressed with the view

We followed the guidelines and watch videos on YouTube and one of the YouTubers said that this telescope is difficult and seems to be a toy and wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase it. We actually tried on 3 different occasions and I must say that I am disappointed in myself that I wasted almost $300 on something for my husband that didn’t reach his satisfaction. I plan to return the item once I get a day off from work
