Great telescope to view stars and planets nearby. Set up is not overly complicated, and the tripod stand and bag make setup/transportation a breeze. Although there are more powerful telescopes out there, the clarity and range are quite impressive for the price range.

This is a nifty telescope! We pointed it at the moon and were able to see surface texture very well. The stand is fairly flimsy tho, but you could always swap in a more professional tripod if you wanted.

My daughter loves this telescope. It was easy to use and came with a convenient bag.

In three tries, could not get the finderscope to align with the telescope, rendering it useless. Was very disappointed, as it was the week all five of the visible planets - and the Moon - lined up in their order of distance from the Sun at dawn. There was no replacement at my local store, so we ended up having nothing but binoculars to use.
