    new to the telescope world but i quickly realized that this is just a beginner scope and very quickly you will want to graduate to a much nicer one, good for any one younger than 15 getting into astronomy. not rec for adults

    Disappointed in the tripod, it is very flimsy so not useful at all for sky watching or other moving objects like animals. For these purposes, another mounting device that is steady is necessary. Also, the manual shows that a moon filter was supposed to be included, but it was not. So far, due to the shaking on the tripod, I haven't had much opportunity to evaluate the scope itself.

    The accessories make this a decent travel scope. It’s easy to set up. A fairly stable tripod stand. But, it is best for seated viewing. A Good value.

    It is a really good beginner telescope. However, I would invest in a much sturdier frame. The image shakes and moves so much in the viewer every time you lightly touch the telescope.
