They seem decent. They're not the thickest but they provide padding and accomplish what I need.

The product is fine but I have been trying to buy 96 sq ft. My first order in December came with only 12 tiles, so 48 sq ft. I asked for a replacement, returned the initial order in the mail, and received 48 sq ft again. I spoke with Best Buy, and they would not help me.
I had to drive to the store and return this one, as you cannot get a replacement twice. I did that and decided to order again in January. Once again, I received 48 sq ft.
DO NOT BUY THIS from Best Buy. Despite the great price, you will pay way too much with your time and frustration! I think there is problem at the source, so Best Buy thinks they are sending 96 sq ft when they are sending 1/2 of that. Unfortunately, it is not available in the store.
I bought flooring from Best Buy when they carried Next gym flooring and the orders were always correct.

I was surprised yesterday when i received the 96sq ft model only to find its HALF of what it should be. There was only 12 tiles even though it says there should be 24. Went to local store to express frustration only to find out the one in the store is exact same thing. Person in store was also unhelpful and it stinks i used my bestbuy plus member perk on this item. Surprised to see such a bad manufacturing defect and still be sold to customers. DO NOT BUY!

I ordered the 96 sq ft version which was supposed to come with 24 tiles and 48 borders. I received a giant box with an open package inside with only 12 tiles and one border. I'm missing 12 tiles and 47 borders. Customer service wasn't much help. The item is now out of stock, and it can't be replaced. Best Buy's quality has really suffered these last few years. I can see why I really don't shop there anymore.

I recently purchased these gym workout mat tiles, and they have exceeded my expectations in every way.
Pros:
1. Ease of installation and versatility - Easy to assemble and its also easy to rearrange to suit different exercise needs.
2. Excellent Quality - The mat is made from high quality materials that makes it more durable.
3. Comfy - The mat is very comfortable for day to day use. The material is both comfy as well as shock-absorbing especially when lifting heavy weights.
4. Safety - Excellent Grip that makes it protective and slip resistant - These mats have performed well for the daily use, providing a non-slip surface for secure workouts.
5. Floor protection - I no longer have to worry about the floor getting damaged when using heavy weights like dumbbells or barbells.
6. Easy to clean - Its easy to clean with a quick wipe using a damp cloth or a gentle spray.
Cons:
Nothing so far. I have had this product only for a week.
Verdict - I will have to check if this product is long lasting and durable especially when using the dumbbells or barbells. Even if it last for 4 to 5 years it will be worth every penny spent. Overall this floor mat is a game changer. Its so comfy, easy to install and slip resistant that makes this product one of the best products that I have bought in recent times.

These exercise mats have been a great addition to my home gym so far. I have been debating about if having mats was even necessary, but now that I have them I cannot imagine being without them, there's no going back. These mats feel like they are the perfect thickness, just thick enough to not tear or puncture. I have kept my bench on them, even moved it around, and also set my adjustable dumbbells on them which have some sharp edges and there has yet to be any damage to the mats. I have also been happy with the texture of these mats, I've been on some in the past that feel too smooth and flimsy causing my feet to slip. I have been able to do heavy squats on these in both socks and bare feet and have not had any issues. They are not too tacky either, the texture and consistency of the foams coating is simply comfortable. The mat pieces snap together pretty easily, and stay together as well. When doing squats or push-ups where I am technically pushing two different pieces apart, it does not feel like they will separate. Overall, these Centr Gym floor mats are an excellent option for home gyms and I recommend them.

These exercise floor mats are perfect for my garage. I have a small gym setup in my garage kettle bells and TRX system. At times I want to do yoga and other stretching exercise but not be on the hard concrete.
The Centr Gym flooring is made of thick foam so I don’t feel the cold floor. I have an non stick epoxy garage floor so the mat doesn’t slip on the surface. I feel pretty safe when jumping or moving on the floor mats however I wouldn’t recommend if you put the mat on hardwood or other non stick surfaces
My kids love playing the flooring as well. I guess it’s a new experience for them playing in the garage with their toys so that’s a plus. I did let the mat “air” out for a day before I let my kids on it. We’ve even had a picnic on it (in the garage)
Setting it up was very easy, just link the parts together. I like having the option to add more flooring just in case we need it. Clean up is pretty straight forward, wipe it down before every use or when something get on it.
Overall I would recommend this to anyone looking to add cushioning on their hard floors. But be careful on slippery surfaces

The 24 Sq Ft Centr Gym Flooring Exercise Mats are a great addition to any home gym, or space. They come with a total of 6 23.6 inch square mats which equates to about 12 borders. You are able to arrange the tiles in whatever way fits your space, and layout.
Out of the box you instantly notice the quality, and feel of the Centr Gym floor exercising mats. In your hands they feel firm enough, but it has some give and softness. It’s also textured like most gym mats you come across in any gym. The pieces for together very easily, like a puzzle. You can choose to add the borders that are included for a cleaner look, or go with what I would describe as an unfinished puzzle look depending on how much space you have to work with.
After arranging the tiles to fit my home gym layout I decided to set my Peloton bike on top of it instead of rearranging my entire home gym. As a heavier set woman, it holds up really well to the weight and movement of the bike. It doesn’t feel wobbly or unstable and I feel it will hold up to almost any gym equipment you decide to use it on. Also cleans up easily if you sweat a lot.

These floor mats are a great addition to any home gym setup! I wish it would have included two more squares to fit my taller frame, but it's no big deal. The quality of material is noticed immediately and I have no issue with putting free weights on it. On hardwood floors, it will slide. You would need some type of adhesive non-slip stickers to put on the corners. Depending on how thick your carpet is, it stays in place just fine. Outside in the garage it does tend to slide a little bit because my garage floor is semi-smooth, but based on my purpose of usage of the product is not going to be a problem.
The floor mats also came with a QR code for a free trial of workout videos hosted by none other than Thor, Chris Hemsworth. Hemsworth and his team of coaches give you guided workouts on the companion app along with pre-planned meals with cooking instructions to meet your fitness goals. The settings are not permanent. You can adjust your preferences if your goals change.
Overall the mats are amazing. I would like to get more.

Tiles are easy to snap together to make an exercise mat. The quality is good and will last me years for my exercise routine. I have a stationary bicycle that I have placed on the exercise mat with plenty of room on each side to collect sweat to keep off the rug that is beneath my exercise area. If your were to use for sit-ups or similar activities the mat provides very good cushion from a hard floor. When doing exercise on the mat they stay together and do not split on the seems they join together at. Walking across the mat is not slippery so this is not a concern, especially for older individuals with any balance issues. I find the mat is very easy to clean with ordinary dish soap and either a sponge or wet rag. Allow to air dry and ready for your next exercise session. So would I buy these mats again. I say yes as this product replaced mats that were at least 10 years of and at this point was showing wear and the outer seams were starting to come apart. Yes a very good product for the cost to purchase.

The Centr Gym Flooring mats are honestly average in my opinion but I don’t necessarily think that’s a bad thing. They do look like any other gym floor mat but when purchasing gym floor mats what are you looking for that’s not already out there in the market.
The Centr gym floor mats seem to be made out of a foam material that is pretty lightweight, honestly lighter than I’d prefer. The floor mats do absorb impact from your general exercise routine. I have noticed that since it is lightweight it does sometimes shifts out of place and this is on my lpv flooring I have in my home.
The floor mats are sized 24x24” and each square comes with interlocking sides like a puzzle piece. Each square also has bordered edges that come with a removable piece that you can use to expand your floor mats. This is convenient as you upgrade your coverage. The floor mat pieces do interlock into one another seem less and are held secure. The floor mats also do well when leaving my dumbbells and kettlebell on top. I have not noticed any long lasting marks.

The Centr Gym Flooring mats are a great addition to anyone's home gym setup, with solid layout flexibility and decent cushioning. They're also a nice option for parents looking to add some safety to their kid's play room setup.
The material used for these is familiar for anyone that's used these types of mats before; a firm foam with modest cushioning and very good grip. They're easy to clean and the "end caps" give you a lot of options in terms of layout. Of particular note, the connection points on these are superior to others I've used; the interlocking holes are not exactly symmetrical, but allow for an effortless link that feels instant. This set only includes 6, so options are limited, but purchasing multiple sets would give you a lot of options in terms of how these are laid out. Grip is pretty solid, giving you a steady foundation for workouts, and also a very good play surface for young children (which is primarily how I've been using them). Hardwood floors line our entire house, so having these around gives me the opportunity to use more of my spaces for more activities.
My only real complaint is that the set only includes 6 pieces; 9 would be better in my opinion. Overall, though, these are a great option for anyone looking to add some stability, traction, and cushion to a space in your home for working out. Or in my case, for my kids to have a safer area to play.

The Centr Premium Gym Flooring Mat is a great floor mat for any exercise program. It comes with six interlocking tiles that are 2' by 2' each, along with 12 border pieces, for a total of 24 square feet. This allows you to easily put together a mat that is 4 feet wide by 6 feet long. There are enough border pieces to fit on all outside edges of the assembled 4'x6' mat tiles, so you end up having a straight edge all around. The size is perfect for anyone wanting to do floor exercises.
I do a lot of exercising at home and I find the floor can be tough on my back and knees. This mat provides a half-inch thick cushion, made of high density EVA foam, that takes the pressure off my backbone and knees while doing sit-ups, yoga, and general stretching. It provides just the right amount of cushion and shock absorption, while still providing a sturdy foundation for my workouts. The mat is also non-slip and easy to wipe off when your workout is complete.
The mat is also easy to disassemble and store, as the 2'x2' squares only sit 3 inches tall when stacked for storage.
I recommend the Centr Gym Flooring Mat for anyone who works out at home.

I'm using the Centr Gym twenty-four square foot Flooring Exercise Mats inside our home gym. We have a treadmill, an elliptical machine, a weight bench, a rowing machine, free weights and an exercise ball.
The Centr Gym Flooring Exercise Mats are interlocking and even provide edge pieces that are straight or curved for corners.
The twenty-four square feet mats is the perfect size mat for the treadmill. Once I placed the mats down and plugged the treadmill be in, I decided to test the difference.
Instantly I felt the difference. Using the treadmill didn't feel as rigid now that it was on the mats.
The mats are very thick and they are non slip. No movement from the mats and no slipping when walking on the mats either.
The Centr Gym twenty-four square foot Flooring Exercise Mats will defintely protect our feet and the floor itself if any of our exercise equipment were to fall or be dropped. The thickness of these mats are more than enough for comfort.
I highly recommend these mats for your home gym regardless if it's inside a room or inside your gym.

I have a small area where I do push ups and sit ups and stretching exercises and needed something to make the floor easier on my back. These pads are very interesting as they have interlocking areas where you can configure the mat to your area needs and there are edges that click in place to hide the interlocking areas which creates a nice straight edge on the mat. I was wondering at first where the edges might be but they were conveniently already installed on some of the mats so assembly was even easier.
The surface of the mat even has a raised surface not unlike some metallic pieces that forms areas that give you grip when you get sweaty from a workout. Very nice touch and it gives the mat a nice custom appearance.
Total time for assembly was around 5 minutes for me as I already knew the basic layout that I wanted and I just needed to experience interlocking two panels and from there it was a piece of cake. This appears to be a durable material. It also looks like it would be easy to mop and clean as needed.

Centr Gym Flooring Exercise Mats - 24 Sq Ft
My wife immediately gave these mats an overly excited two-thumbs up when she saw Chris Hemsworth on the packaging, looking his typically-ripped-self. The photo is accompanied by a QR code that includes a 3-month free trial for Centr. Centr is a personal training app with workouts provided by a host of fitness trainers that Hemsworth claims are the people responsible for turning him into the hunk that he is. I respect what Hemsworth has achieved in his career and personal life, but building a fitness brand empire means moving beyond the workout app. Branding gym mats, exercise balls, and other equipment is a logical choice to expand the Centr brand beyond the app.
We converted a small bedroom in our house into a modest home gym centered around our Peloton treadmill. When we moved in we replaced the carpet in the room with a very thick plush soft carpet before we decided to turn the room into a gym. In hindsight keeping the carpet was a mistake, but it would cost us too much to remove the carpet so we’ve been experimenting with various … let’s just call them carpet covers for the last year with the goal being to keep the carpet alive but provide stability when working out in the room. The Peloton Treadmill weighs 290 pounds and 5.6 feet long so finding something to put underneath it was a challenge. Our first few attempts at rubber mats under the treadmill proved worthless in that we achieved next to zero stability while simultaneously crushing the carpet in uneven ways. Interlocking gym mats were our next attempt but we found that to call them locking is a misnomer and after running a few minutes on the tread they began to separate. What we found worked perfect is a 3/4/ inch thick rubber horse stall mat. The interlocking gym mats ended up in a double-stacked row lining the floor of the gym closet where our dumbbell rack is now sitting on top of it which works great in that beyond pulling the dumbbells off the rack, there is practically no movement to deal with and the carpet beneath is being crushed equally by the uniform structure of the gym matts.
What has been missing from our home gym is a solution to the dumbbell problem while we are working out. Prior to picking up these Centr Gym floor exercise mats we were using our Yoga mats both as our platform to workout on and for the temporary storage spot to place the dumbbells down during workouts, putting a layer of these down in front of our primary workout area. Well that did not work out so well because these Centr mats are terrible. Let’s explore why.
The Centr mats claim to have “an innovative interlocking system for a seamless finish and a slip-resistant, textured top grip surface.” About the only thing true in that entire description is that the surface is textured. While it is true that you can connect the six squares into a larger structure, as soon as you stand on what you have just constructed the only thing you find that is innovative about the locking system is that it does not lock at all and the squares immediately start to separate. Like putting together a jigsaw puzzle we “locked” the pieces together in every way possible thinking maybe we had them connected incorrectly but they would never stay together for more than a couple of minutes during our workouts. Using them as a dumbbell storage system did achieve the goal of not crushing the carpet, but any attempts to keep them attached as a unified rectangle proved impossible. I think the only way these things will stay locked together is if your entire floor is lined with them and the corners of them end up wedged against the walls of the room preventing them from any type of lateral movement.
Aside from not locking together, the matts are not firm but squishy, which makes them uncomfortable to stand on and difficult to balance on when doing Yoga. I can appreciate the squishiness of them if I was dropping 100 pound dumbbells on top of them on a regular basis and wanted them to absorb some of the shock but that is not a scenario we have in our home gym.
As to slip resistance, if I just stand on top of a single tile I could see this as being a benefit when doing Yoga as the patterns carved into the top of the matts do provide a solid grip, but since they fail to be able to stay locked together it was pointless as one tile is not enough to use in this manner.
As a final test, I moved the tiles to a section of my basement which is unfinished, so it’s just a slab of concrete. I was curious if the carpet in the gym was to blame for the lack of locking, but I found that in this use case they still failed to stay locked together.
Overall these mats are a disappointment and I would not recommend them.
