    I’m sorry to report, but the item was defective. After a short amount of use, the keyboard locked up and made the item unusable. I tried to reboot it, but no luck. Best Buy was good about taking it back- no problem’s whatsoever.

    Small amount of Adhesive glue residue on the back of my ipads, but should come off, other than that theyre good.

    The ipad wouldnt move past the initial setup and therefore didnt work. The product was horrible but Best Buy was great in returning it and my money! I wont buy refurbished again.
