My kids love it… The only issue’s I had was it took hours to charge up and my children are 4 and 5 so they’re inpatient. & it doesn’t come with an Apple brand charger which it should giving how much it cost. I bought 2 tablets and it only came with 3 months of Apple music for 1 tablet not both.

The price was good but battery life is extremely poor for item.

I bought this for my granddaughter to to use it was a great buy. You’d never know it was refurbished. Excellent choice excellent price I would do it again.

This is my wife’s first iPad and she happy with it. She’s not a heavy tech user but it’s good enough for her. Only problem we had was creating an iCloud account during set up…I ended up having to create the account on my iPad and call Apple support so she could download apps after signing in.

While the item came in working condition there were many surface scratches and even a chip in the outer case. The screen was in good condition, and that is most important. I am rating low because best buy listed this model as having a headphone jack, which was the reason for purchasing the older model. It does not have what was promised, but there was no time to exchange as it was a gift.
