Easy to use. Set up is a little tricky to find an outlet to plug into

This was super easy to install and works like a charm. I was concerned about wireless connectivity with my router because of the distance, but that wasn't an issue after all. It works exactly like one would expect a remote opener to work and I love the ability to set notifications if the door is open for a pre-specified length of time.

This unit is extremely helpful when away from the house and some one needs access. Also handy to use the APP to control the door when there is no easy access to a remote. There is also a notification when the door opens - helpful to know when accessed.

Easy installation and initial setup. Notifications most of the time work fine but from time to time there are some that are lost or arrive very late. It is like something related with the backbone infrastructure and the associated workflows. Other than that great value!

Easy set up, never wonder "did I shut the garage door?" Can see from anywhere on my iphone app if the doors are shut, also you can set an alert to text you if they are left open. I bought an extra door sensor to use with my 2nd garage door.

this makes controlling your garage doors etremely easy and takes the guess work out of remembering if the doors are open or closed

I love it. I know every time the garage is open. If I have a visitor , I can just press and let them in when I am not home.

Beside the idea of opening the garage door with my iPhone, the app notifies me when the garage door opens up by kids or someone.

We forgot to close our garage door one night and it cost us about $1500 due to prowlers. By adding the MyQ to my smart home, we can now ensure our garage door is closed as part of our "Good Night" settings. The installation is suuuuuper simple. It took me less than 10 minutes to have it completely setup.

Definitely install it during the daytime the instructions tell you to figure out which model of garage door opener do you have based on the color of a button, Which is hard to see with only the one light in the garage

Good product if u want to have a smart garage without buying a whole new system

This highly rated Garage door controller installed without any problems and I was able to program it with some effort. The programming instructions could be better. Read them carefully and also check the reviews. I use it with my android phone and it has worked, so far, without any problems or false alarms.

I use this thing every day. I would constantly catch myself questioning whether or not my garage was closed. Not anymore!

I bought this to work in conjunction with my Wink HUB, it was super easy to install and works seamlessly with my Wink HUB. Even without the Wink HUB it has a really nice iPhone app (android also available) that works great too. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a simple upgrade in home automation.

This has worked pretty well since I installed it. Several times a month I catch myself asking "did I close the garage?" well this helps answer it. I extended it's capability using IFTTT to now automatically open/close the garage for me.

This was purchased as a Christmas gift for our daughter. A few days after installation, the garage door began opening on its own. Trying to work with Chamberlain on a solution. Not ready to recommend pending resolution of "phantom operation"

This is a wonderful product when it works consistently. The ability to know when any of us come and go and know that the doors closed as they should is great however, I had some issue with the software stating " the myQ server is having problems communicating with the device even though the device displayed the steady light indicating it had a connection with wifi when I was trying to control the doors via my phone app. Not sure if this was on their end or if it was related to the wifi connection. Either way. I switched my router out for nighthawk r8000 and he range is impressive on my 1 story home close to 4k sqft. Not having the same problems so far. It's been 2 weeks. Cross your fingers.

I was kinda hesitate after reading some of the reviews... However I remembered about best buys 45 day return policy so I said go for it.... Very easy to set up and operate Was finished in about 15 min after I opened the box Now I can open the garage from my phone as well as my existing garage door openers Very good product
