Easy to install system and syncs well with my connected things!

This product is wonderful. It assures the safety for the home.

Easy to install and easy to use. You need a really good wi-fi signal for it to work. Sends push notifications when door opens and shuts and can be opened or shut using app on phone from anywhere. Handy in the car.

I love the fact that I can open and close garage with this system from my phone; I have a peace of mind knowing I can control the garage if my kids left it open.

Too often we have returned to the house to check on whether the garage door was closed. This was easy to install in the garage and on our phones. We love this app, no more wasted time retracing our steps.

Works really good. Issues trying to connect with my wifi but just switched to the 2.4 Ghz frequency band when selecting which wifi then all worked great after.

I installed this for a family member who is not tech savvy and it works as advertised. The account set up process with the device and app was easy for me to set up.

It is very convenient when you need to make sure your door is closed but I have been getting messages stating that the door opens and closes when I know it did not.

Besides the install and Internet configuration this thing rocks... I would recommend this to anyone looking for a tool to help have ease of mind the garage is closed or open...

Works fantastic and I am very satisfied with its performance

This was way easier to setup than I thought it would be. App walks you right through the whole process - you start by selecting your garage door opener brand and type. App has performed almost flawlessly.

I had high hopes that this would work for me, but it did not. My Raynor garage door opener was too old to be compatible for operating the opener. I could have settled for using it for the "monitoring" function it would provide, telling me in the phone app if my door was open or not. But that was not enough to compel me to keep it. Therefore I cannot comment on the quality of the full array of functions. I would recommend it to a friend if their opener was on the compatibility list.

I got this to connect & it seemed to work great at first. The alerts work most of the time (notification of garage being open or closed). But there have been times when someone would leave the house, the alert would say "OPEN" and I would never get an alert saying "CLOSED" which led me to believe the garage was left open. So I would rush home, only to find out that the garage was actually closed & the app would even still say "OPEN". The other issue is that the OPEN/CLOSE control on the app doesn't always work. I had some contractors come to my house early one morning while I was at work (45 miles away) and I intended on letting them in through the garage, but of course it didn't work so I had to cancel the appointment while they were in my driveway. I've even been in my driveway and it didn't work. When it works it great though, I just wish it worked all the time. It would be nice if I could return it but I'm sure it's too late.

This is the best purchase I have made in a long time

Had a hard time getting it setup with how slow their website was. Not sure if it was just a bad time. Otherwise setup was easy. The app is quickly responding and haven't had any trouble with it.

This works very well on our cell phones and lets us know when the garage door is open and closed. No more going back and checking to see if the garage door is closed. We just check our cell phone.

I'm a single person and was interested in automating my home for both convenience and safety purposes. This product gives me piece of mind knowing I can check to see if my garage door was left open or not.

This garage door security devise proved to be an excellent purchase. It has given me great peace of mind knowing when my garage door is either open or closed. Works great with my IPhone.

Easy to install. I now know when someone comes home like my teenagers. Also while on vacation I was able to verify the pet sitter was in the home. We love it.

So this device was almost ready to get returned until I decided the instructions may be misleading. They show you mounting the wifi receiver on the ceiling of the garage and they tell you to keep it 6 feet from the drive motor. I did exactly that with less than stellar results. It would open once...maybe twice...then make noise and nothing would happen. I moved it a couple of times and the results did not improve. Next I took it off the ceiling and put it on the side wall of the garage and plugged it in...voila...now works like a champ. It works best far away from the door opener...and doesn't need to be on the ceiling at all.
