I really like this product but the setup was a bit irritating as my opener wasn't programming easily. I called customer service and the first agent I got was worthless. The second one was very helpful and got it figured out. However, for some reason it lost its pairing in a couple hours and I had to set it up again. Totally worth it once it's up and running. No more guessing if I shut the door or if it up. Plus it can close automatically. Would've given it five stars if I didn't waste two hours trying to set it up.

I have had this product for two months now. So far its great. Its a great feature at night to check my phone and know the garage door is closed. Very easy installation, took me 15 mins.

Second one I have bought. Easy to install and set up. Bought mine as my wife always left garage open. Now when she forgets I can close

Great system to include in our smart home integration. However, we get scary false alerts at 3am that make you get out of bed to check to make sure your garage didn't open on its own.

I had to call for help immediately to get the unit to "communicate" correcting with my wifi and the sensor. I feel like the included written directions were missing something. After it was up and running - I couldn't imagine how we survived without it! Then it "stopped communicating with the network" 4 weeks later. I just received a new unit in the mail after an hour plus of technical help to no avail. I'm not giving up hope. 4 stars because of issues - but it's a great product to lend a helping hand!

Don't have to worry if I forgot to shut the garage door! Super easy install and easy app, I haven't used the geofencing but it's great to check to see if I shut the garage door.

I like that I don't have to use an outside garage pad. Can use my phone instead. Also can check to see if you remembered to close the door later if you are concerned.

Many ways to use - many times people are scheduled to come by house when we are not available -- works much better than hiding a key or making a garage door opener available

I added this to my old chain drive garage door opener works great I ended up changing the garage door opener to a new belt drive with myQ built in

Easy to install and has worked flawlessy. App is stable and with my home wifi I didn't need to do any special configuration. Up and running in less than 5 minutes.

Many a days at work thinking, "did I close the garage door???" Until now, now I just open my smart phone and see. If it's open, just touch the picture and it closes. : )

This is little tricky to install and set up but once you have it down is a great product. Always know the status of your garage doors. Highly recommend product.

Great to be able to open the garage from anywhere - comes in handy when you have guests, or are out of town and want to leave something to be picked up...

Not hard to install, setup took a few times to connect and in about 4 months only messed up twice. Restart app and all is good. Overall very happy.

Set up was very easy and it works great reaction tine from my phone is instant to open and to close there's a 10 second delay for safety purpose

Great product to add to your smart house. I would like to be compatible with apple HomeKit but it's ok.

How many times have you left home and wondered if you put the garage door down? No longer, this gives you not just the door position, but a means to remotely close it from anyway (I tested it from Florida) using your computer-smartphone-tablet. Installation was very quick (less than 1 hour). If you configure notifications, you will get an alert whenever the door changes position (sort of a semi-security feature). It has a safety feature, whenever remote closure is activated, a bright strobe light gives a ~10 heads-up the door is about to go down.
