So far so good. I love the product. Works great. The app could use a widget for iOS so I don't have to launch the app every time.

This thing is awesome! You can connect it to your Wi-Fi Network and Controll it directly from your phone and monitor wether or not the garage is open!

Everything worked the way it was supposed to. Installation was easy and straight forward. no more worries about the garage door being open. the IPhone app works perfectly.

I am an average home automation user/operator. I have HUE, ECHO and NEST products currently. I wanted this product to monitor my garage door and to have the ability to open and close it remotely if needed for security purposes. Unfortunately, the product would send random open signals to the garage and at one point I had the door open 12 times. The only reason this product doesn't get lower rating, is the customer service. The customer service of Chamberlain is fantastic. They were prompt and sent me a lot of information on how to rectify the issue. Unfortunately, none of the items fixed the problem. I am not sure what the issue was. The only thing I could come up with was the internet signal causing an issue. The internet signal was strong but the hub for Chamberlain would lose connection randomly and when it reconnects it sends a signal to the door. Just read all the information and be sure to check the instructions carefully. And, if you are having trouble with the app, turn off wifi on your phone and it usually works. For some reason the app does not work on wifi very well, which is strange.

This device works great for those days that I forgot to close my garage door. I get notified and can close the door.

a bit tricky to get setup w/o an iPhone, but once setup works great. Would like to see ALL history, not just my alerts.

The installation was easy (20 minutes all in) and the product works as intended. No need to have your garage opener in the car anymore. I would like to see the option to add guests or family members without having to share my account details with everyone. Not sure why this is not already implemented.

Easy to install and works great. Love having the peace of mind, knowing whether the garage door is open or not, plus get push notifications when it opens and closes. Also great if you want to let a friend or neighbor in remotely. Bought a WiFi camera (different brand) so now I can also see who comes in and leaves when I get the notifications.

Take the worries of did i leave my garage door open? My friends are amazed how I can open my garage door when they drop me off my house. Love the product!

I really like this remote for my garage door. It's convenient not to carry a grave remote and just use the app. Great addition to your home audimation.

Great product nice app Install was a breeze. App is very convenient too. If kids forget the keys to the house they can still get in!!

This product works fantastically. Stick a sensor to the door, drill the base to the ceiling, use your phone to connect the device to wifi and press the learn button on your garage door opener. I now can use my phone and make sure we shut the garage door from where ever I am. I can also get alerts for when anyone opens or closes the door. Great to make sure my wife and kid arrive home safely.

The product works exactly the way it is designed as. I might buy another unit for my second garage door.

Got this on sale for $99, well worth the price, great peace of mind knowing if the door is open or not. The only thing I don't like is the set up for multiple users. Basically there is no set up, everyone loads the app the exact same way, and everyone has access to the account settings, so your ten year old can change all your security settings if they feel like it. Each unit can only be tied to one email address, that's why everyone has to share an account.

The setup was not exactly flawless. I had to reboot the device a couple of times before it was recognized. Once it was up and running it was wonderful. They still have not added HomeKit support, however, if you know a little JSOM you can use a piece of software called homebridge to link just about anything into Apple HomeKit. Just Google homebridge and Chamberlain to find the correct configuration. It must be kept running on a server to work. That will take care of HomeKit until Chamberlain finally updates the firmware to support it natively.

Had it up and running in less than 10 minutes, possibly because I have a Chamberlain garage door opener. Be warned however...once it's connected, I had to reset ALL my other remotes (cars, pin pad, remotes, etc.). Was easy to do once I figured it out, but was unexpected.

The MyQ controller was easy to install, set up, and works like a charm. The alerts that you can set up when the garage door is open for a certain time or if it opens outside of the expected times are great and useful. I added on another MyQ Garage Door Add‑On Sensor to control and monitor our second garage door. It was surprisingly easy to add.

Had to buy a second sensor since it only comes with one, but connected with ease and a snap to use.
