Great electric grill, perfect (and legal) for condo balconies. Heats up fast, cooks great, super easy to use. The lightweight frame is not quite up to the vigorous wire brush scrubbing that is recommended for cleaning the grill surface, but that is a minor flaw in an otherwise perfect product.

Perfect barbecue for someone that doesn’t want to fool with propane gas or briquettes. Barbecues great! Easy to clean !!Just plug in and 20-15 minutes later, barbecue away!

Great patio or balcony grill. It gets hot enough to truly grill and is very easy to use.

This is a great grill for a small outdoor space. We had a similar Char-Broil grill for over 11 years... the reason we chose to buy it again. It is electric, so safer to use in smaller outdoor spaces, like a balcony at a condo. Very pleased.

For a single family, this is a great grill. It requires patience and takes a bit of a time for food to be ready but delivers a consistent heat which makes the chicken/meat taste great

This is a very inexpensive item. It's of acceptable quality. It was relatively easy to put together. It took about 30 minutes to assemble. It cooks pretty well though it's difficult to clean properly and thoroughly.

I’ve had the same grill b4 . Cooking with electric grill is definitely different than propane or charcoal . But all in all once you realise you loose 1/2 your heat when you open the lid , you only open it to turn meat , not to “check “it . But older one would quickly reheat after closing .Not to full heat , but still enough to get the job done . This new one won’t climb back up to 300! Very sad. They could have had the market cornered had they improved their performance instead of making it so badly .

Really bad grill. I've tried 3 different food items, and this grill does not work very well at all. The grill plate is just impossible to clean. The book says to just heat at hightest temp and then it will be clean. That is not true in my instance. This was a bad buy.

If you want to just be able to say you cooked outside, then this may be the tool for you. If you're interested in ANY other kind of grilling or barbecuing, look at other options.

Item cooks well but after you open the top it loses the heat and you will never get the grill back to the temperature that you had it. Beside that it is very easy to build instructions are very easy to follow.

I bought this grill for memorial day. Delivery was delayed. So, my husband put it together and now it is ready for July 4
